If that is true, it is almost definitely a bug.

Yeah, definitely strange. The most I have EVER got from a denizen in recent times was around 1,300 gold, give or take a bit.

That occurred to me, but then I thought 'no one would actually give nearly 500k to a denizen.'

Grumark has given me around 10k before. But he's warlord of the Forsaken armies or something, stronger than kephera queens, and it was back when less people hung out in Icewynd. Now he's constantly paranoid, so I can't even get him to talk to me about the anti-Zenos quests.

I'm pretty disappointed with the people who have been farming them for 50x the reasonable esteem, and didn't even bother to bug it.

I must be the most naive person ever. Never even occurred to me that the Forsaken leaders might be bugged. I thought it was just because Icewynd was a really high level area. Now I feel bad.
