The problem I always had was, the average time it took to get all five GAs to answer the same question exceeded the average time before one of them got replaced. That plus the usual problem with change (we already know the advantages the old way, and we have no responsibility for it; if we make a change, we don't know the advantages of the new way, and we're responsible for it) was enough to make it impossible to ever even get to the step of saying "so what should it be instead?" let alone taking it to a patron (and then to the new patron since the old one has gone dormant while you were doing this). We might as well just get the plaques made and get used to it...

Plus, we secretly use time magic anyway.

What's this about people getting presents on their IRL birthday? I didn't get one on 2nd janurary /wrists :P

Unless Iosai is a meanie liarface (which we know she's not, probably!) you should still be able to get it until your next birthday.

Well it started with the new year, as far as I know. So if you've had a birthday since then, it should work.

I don't remember reading that. I'm pretty sure that, like most of the special little 'do this for a prize' day things, you have to do it on that day and that day only.
