It more looks like a joke put in when they made Celest; whoever built it probably thought it'd be caught in QC, and no one did. It was later forgotten, and no one read the description and reacted enough to talk about it.

Does the damage stat on weapons just not matter when bashing? I have a set of flails that are around 120 damage each, and they take the same number of hits to kill finks and gnomes as my hammers that are around 35 damage each.

They have some effect, just not enough to justify not having 280 speed weapons.

How much food is needed for a herofete?

Depends on the food type you use. Ie. if you use platters, you'd need only say, 20, as compared to 150 muffins.

It also requires more food per person. You need enough food for everyone.

Generally... if I want to do 10 people (demigod or not) - I want 20 platters. It takes only 15 or so though, I think. I haven't done them in a while.

Another question about feign death. Monks get momentum that's cut when they kill something right? Does feign death cut a monk's momentum?
