Both shops are always hovering right around the limit; I regularly move things from whichever one is high to the one that's low. Right now they're both at 1000 and I have a bunch of stuff in my hands, until stuff sells down. I really hate this limit...

I put an old pack that's about to decay inside a new pack. When that old pack decays, will all the items in the old pack fall into the new pack, disappear, appear in my hands, or cause the universe to explode? I really hope it's the first option.
Enyalida2012-04-03 02:28:46
The first. Pretty dern sure.

Believe they'll fall into the new container. That said, I've got no idea what would happen if the new container is at max capacity.

o Slot machines will now recover better from bad bets which lock them
into thinking someone is playing there permanently.
bad bets?

bad bets?

Probably invalid bets. Never played slot machines, so not sure what those would be.

Runes of glassworking work on vials, but do they work on tea cups? I should know that, since I make cups and stuff, but I never thought to stick a rune on a cup. Would it be wasteful, or would it work just like a vial? Guess the same question about bottles, also.
Lilia2012-04-03 16:11:34
Cups hold five sips, so yes, that would be a waste.

Not if you could talk Iosai into allowing you to link cups to liquidrift. Think about it: refilling beer steins.

Is cutting or blunt resistance more useful on astral? Or is it even? Want to make the most out of ecology charms... I shall not die so easily anymore

Depends on what you are hunting. They appear to have radically different damage types.

And with a few exceptions, it's hard to guess. You'll be bashing with what, div/fire, and will therefore be wanting to bash bulls, lobstrosities, fesix, scorpions, or virgins. I'm pretty sure bulls are 50/50 physical, mitrans are electricity, possibly with some poison mixed in. Fesix are phys also, I think. I'd split it half and half between iron and marble, tbh, and bash one of the physicals.
Unknown2012-04-03 17:55:04
I don't recall mitrans having any sort of electric attack, but they definitely do blunt as well as poison damage.
Enyalida2012-04-03 20:22:36
I was thinking urns, sorry.

He's a spiritsinger, thus will be bashing with either magic or cold/div.

I know, I was thinking of moondancers with their moonfire attack the entire time.

CURING AUTOHEAL ON.
Also try CURING for a list of syntax and CURING AUTOHEAL for a list of more specific first aid and vial options.

Why does Southgard have tons more dwarfs than Rockholm? Where are all the Rockholm miners? All I've ever seen is sentries.
