Appleson Feebas at your service. (actually, I thought "no, I'm Apples" when I read 'imaples' too. Derp.)

Does anything at all stop tumble? Stunning mid-tumble should at least delay the tumble for the amount of time you're stunned, IMHO, but that might be overpowered.
Quicksand (Shamanism) stops tumble.

Methods open to a Celestine, I guess I meant. I can't really land sleep unless they don't have insomnia for whatever reason.
Razenth2012-04-06 00:12:14
Inquisition? I remember being told long ago that tumble is hard to stop for a good reason.
Sidd2012-04-06 01:19:49
Impales stop tumbles if they are hit before the tumble starts, inquisition included
Enyalida2012-04-06 01:28:34
A few things stop tumbles pre-tumble! Post tumble, almost nothing does, quicksand included! One thing that does (But isn't Celestine, sorry!) is Moon Shafts, but that's really all that comes to mind.
EDIT: And I was pretty sure Inqui is supposed to.

Rivius2012-04-06 02:38:34
Inqui doesn't stop it post-tumble, no. Neither do impales. Pre-tumble is as you said.
Sleep stops tumble if someone does not wake up before the tumble would have completed.

Teehee, yeah. I was sparring Raikogen and we're both Sacraments users, so we kind of just poked each other until we timed out. I couldn't pin him down for soulless, absolve is just a no-go on anyone competent.
Unknown2012-04-06 07:21:57
Sleep is the only thing that stops a tumble in progress.
Razenth2012-04-06 07:23:21
Oh man, now that I think about it, I complained about the EXACT SAME THING when I was a Celestine (how to stop a tumble in progress).

I'm a fan of Beast Gust them, follow, Gust them back. Only works for group fighting though, assuming there isn't a wall or pits or an enemy group in the other room or anything else in your way.
EDIT: When I was dreamweaver, I had a timed trigger for Beast Sleepcloud+Slumber to try to stop tumbles. So SleepCloud+Cosmic Sleep would too.

Though I was never sure what the problem with inqui tumbles was, just follow them and continue smacking them! Made easier by stratagems.

Does putting lessons into Dramatics affect song length? I seem to remember that being the case, but I'm not sure.
Lilia2012-04-09 02:05:08
According to HELP SKILLWEBDIAGRAM, Dramatics is the parent skill for Music, so yes, anything that depends on number of lessons put into Music will take Dramatics into account as well.
Unknown2012-04-09 03:10:37
Very little, but it does help, yes.
