There isn't really a list that I know of, There are several 'hubs' of pathways, there's one in the Razines that can get you around prime, one in the UV for hives/prison and a smaller one in the UV entrance by the Razines, and another set up in Icewynd already. As far as utility, I'd say Boots of the Wanderer are far better than Astral boots.

There are a ton of pathways. Some even go into places it's kind of a pain to get to normally! Trying out an alt with Hunting made me really really want to buy those dang boots on Phoebus. But I haven't yet because I am abysmally bad at saving up dingbats. Gosh darnit.

Yeah. There's also a nifty hub in the nature reserve, as there are many of the different common terrain types grouped up there. I planned to make a list (and did add all of them into my pathing stuff) but I trashed Ecology not too long after learning it!

Pathfind boots (or Hunting/Ecology) is definitely one of the best investments you can make in Lusternia.

I'm thinking of buying an empowerment rune to help me influence guards and temple denizens more, but would it make that much of a difference for a lucidian who only gets up to a 13 charisma normally?

It'll knock one influence round off regardless of charisma iirc.

Does it? I will check this when I get home. I never noticed much of a difference with or without my empowerment/weakening runes.

13 cha is an uphill climb :(

You would definitely want to up your cha to around 16. Artisan throne / Beauty karma / (penumbra!!!)

How many bards and scholars are there? And do they respawn every day or couple of days?

Should be 12 of each if they're all popping at the same time, with about half of the bards being on the highways. Respawn every day, but I think a "turn-in" resets the timer.

Question about aetherspace. Looking from a window, is there any place that could be described as white, or empty? I thought the void was black or dark at least. But I wondered if there was white or empty anywhere...

The slipstreams are white on the aetherspace map, so I've always considered those to be white-ish in colour too.

As I recall all the descriptions refer not to blackness but to swirling colors.

I just tried it - it didn't seem to knock anything off my influencing, though it might have more of an effect on someone with lower charisma. I was influencing with 20 cha without any other blessings or buffs (except the minor Beauty domoth blessing)

It seems the only real side-effect to the event earlier on is that it made all the harpies in Glomdoring disappear. I didn't realise that this was a problem until I went to make a wand using harpies as comms.

What do I do in this instance?

Choose a design that doesn't use harpies?

I'm more astonished that you needed to make a wand, let alone one that needed harpies in particular. Perhaps wait a day or two and see how the event plays out?

About how much of a boost to critical hits do Kirigami give?

I did wind up getting the rune, and I did notice a difference. It knocked off about one influence thingy, which I think is good! Also, it made a very pretty choker permanent.

As for comms, you could just...try and use feathers or such from another birds, and paint them to resemble harpies? If they aren't on the list, you really can't use them in comms, unfortunately.
