Raeri:

I'm more astonished that you needed to make a wand, let alone one that needed harpies in particular. Perhaps wait a day or two and see how the event plays out?

I'm sorry for being impatient. Yesterday was all sorts of not-good for me :( Sorry guys.

Yay harpies. Omnom.

What is the mana damage from haegl based off of? Is it flat, or based on int?

Did Someone pull the wrong lever again?

I have no idea what you're talking about.

*whistles innocently*

Does the Yellow Orb manse artifact add any noticeable effect to the room? Like into the room description?

For that matter do any of the manse artifacts do that? My room with an orb of the billowing winds is outdoors, but it looks normal if you're just looking at it (there are periodic sun/night messages). Would be nice to have proper weather in an outdoor manse room!

I need a list of the things I can do while tattooing that won't break my concentration

With the weather system we have now, how would it know what weather to use?

Yes

Grand Plaza of Deepnight.Perpetually bathed in moonlight, this plaza is bustling with the constant nocturnal activity of Deepnight. The beauty of the scene is lit through silver street lamps that surround it; in its centre, a sparkling fountain flings multicoloured liquids into the air above it every so often. Red brick covers the ground of the plaza, sprawling outwards in concentric circles. The opulent stone facade of the Merchant's Guild tradehall can be seen to the east. Stairs weave upwards in a spiral to a stone archway above, offering a spetacular view of the city. The sprawling city spreads away to all directions, a flat horizon of buildings the only tenuous barrier between it and the mists of the Aether. The darkness of night looms here.Coiled in the centre of the room is a towering throne depicting Illith, the Leviathan. A fighting ring rises up from the ground. A circular brass astrolabe stands here atop a pedestal, inscribed with a ring of degree markings. A sign here suggests you READ SIGN! A marble archway stands here, elegantly arcing up from ground to ceiling. Sparkling liquids bubble up from a fountain here. Sparking with arcs of power, an energy collector spirals up from the floor here. You see a sign here instructing you to use the PORTAL command to enter the aetherplex system. You see a sign here instructing you that WARES is the command to see what is for sale.

That would be the night orb and the marble archway. It is far from being all of them, but at least those two do!

The manse farm ones also do.

Fesix bandolier or two more aether mine gems?
Unknown2012-04-21 00:28:59
Mines, hands down. The bandolier doesn't give you anything you can't get with 5K worth of vials and sigils.

You should buy your favourite Researcher something instead. >.>

I buy Anvindr things all the time. :)
Ytran2012-04-21 00:32:35
Excellent.
Aldani2012-04-21 01:49:36
On that note, anyone have the description for the aether deep mine (iron, coal, marble)?
Ushaara2012-04-21 16:39:28
Shadows cling to the depths of the mine shaft. The aetherhold here spreads across the ceiling and across the walls, as a series of large bulbous containers.

Sorry, forgot to answer this.

Haegl has the same formula as lash (they do the same damage).
Unknown2012-04-22 20:46:57
Base lash, at least. Lash can be buffed by Steal, while Haegl can be double-slung (so, double-lash).

Thinking about reincarnating (currently human), but I'm not convinced which of these is the best for a Celestine (PvP, Tarot):

Merian
Lv2 equilibrium! And... that's about all besides RP! Good INT/CHA I suppose but damage kills are rare outside of group combat, and I'm not sure the INT difference would even get me many more kills. Terrible con and elemental weaknesses.
Aslaran
Lv2 balance, Lv1 equilibrium, slightly worse CHA than I have at the moment but whatever, I'll be flinging tarot like a madman. However the fire and herb maluses are scary.
Furrikin
Lv1 eq, lv1 balance, level 1 fire weakness. Basically slower aslaran without the weaknesses.
Unknown2012-04-22 22:07:51
For Celestine, you don't honestly need speed all that much. A slow buildup works just as well as a fast buildup when it comes to getting tarot rubs or building to inquisition. What you really need is enough tankiness to survive vs. Warriors and Monks and a lack of weaknesses. Furrikin is a good option, but so is Lobo or just sticking as human.
