No, you don't get the money. The money goes away.

ICly, you have to pay a stablehand to take care of your beast and feed it. Plus, the feed for your beast.

If you have a question or a problem you can always ISSUE it. I think the only things that aren't "issue-worthy" are if you're doing it to be silly or disruptive. There isn't really any other way of contacting the Oneiroi, unless you want to e-mail support.

Yes. Those are granted as soon as your payment is processed. The lessons require logging in, though.

Racial resistance is a set %, as I recall. DMP tattoos offer a DMP value - so they're probably pretty independent of one another. Tattoos as a monk also offer armour resistances, which of course function outside of DMP and racial resistances.
