Sometimes I feel like I'm on the wrong side of the alliances for things of any practical use.

Anyway:
Say you're bashing Scorpio, and are afflicted with stupidity, making you do the cheese yell. Can this be heard on any of the spheres, or just Scorpio?

And a series of short questions:
My rhino just grew up, and I'm not sure how to maximize her bashing potential. When I have her attack first, it seems the damage shift goes to the beast attack. When this happens, does damage shift give her the magic or fire/divinus or whatever I used on the previous mob? Or is it converted to the same damage type she uses? (which I assume is cutting? I can't find out where that's listed)

The yell is only heard on the current sphere, AFAIK.

I think Someone said a while back that the damage type of the damage shift is actually unblockable; the damage carried over was already adjusted based on resistances/weaknesses/buffs etc before it was "saved for later".

That's what we were told, yep.

Do figurines gain months when they win a battle, even when at max level?
Kagato2012-08-01 11:33:23
I currently have a rune of gripping on my customised rune, I'm considering trading in the rune to change it to a shielding rune, what I'm wondering about is if the customisation will stick through the tradein of the old rune and the purchase of the new rune or if I'm presently stuck with my gripping rune?

I don't think there's actually a 'max level' for a figurine; the offering bonus just caps at 40. So yes, I think they still gain months.

I don't understand why or how you would stick a rune of gripping onto a customised rune. Assuming you mean a symbol or something, I'd assume customisation will stay, unless it somehow decays between doing it. Can always email to confirm.

Blah, I'm tired. Customised symbol.
Ssaliss2012-08-01 12:42:51
Hmm. I think I heard somewhere that if you trade in a rune, the item it's attached to decays instantly. I could, of course, be horribly wrong on that.
Lendren2012-08-01 13:16:42
Whenever I've traded in something attached to something else, the something else simply had its decay resume right where it left off. But don't know about the customization issue; I think you need to email artifacts@lusternia.com and get their input on how to make this happen the way you want it.
Sylphas2012-08-01 15:52:32
I assume it stays, since you can get things customized that aren't runed. They just decay like normal and it's rather a waste of money.
Unknown2012-08-01 23:33:01
Meh. Ignore. Misread the above post.
Zvoltz2012-08-02 00:36:08
Customized items stay customized until they decay.

To make a design for splendour robes, do you use the greatrobes pattern for "a twinkling suit"? I'm not seeing anything in DESIGN PATTERNS TAILORING that mentions splendour which is a little confusing.
Unknown2012-08-02 06:58:44
You make it as whichever greatrobes pattern is appropriate for your design, then do DESIGN <#> TYPE SPLENDOR. Might be splendors with an s? But that's what you'd do. No, I don't think that's written down anywhere. Confused me too first time I had a splendor design to submit.

Are the curio packages going to be restocked, or are they a "while stocks last" kind of thing?
Ssaliss2012-08-02 07:57:44
They said earlier that they'd be around forever, so they'll likely be restocked at the first of the month or something (which is in 2'ish hours)

I upgraded my manse into an aethership. If your aethership gets blown up or you die on a bubble where it is docked, how do you get it back? Do you have to get back to that bubble/plane?
Xenthos2012-08-02 10:00:04
Blown up aetherships return to the aetherplex. If you leave it on a bubble, you have to go back for it.
Ssaliss2012-08-02 10:01:27
If your ship is blown up, it comes back to the aetherplex. If you die on a bubble, you either have to get back to that bubble or get/borrow a whistle and whistle it back to a prime dock.
