Assuming you log in every day even for just 5 seconds, you will get 100% bonus every 7th day. If you miss a day it goes back to 10% however.

If you want to know exactly when midnight is or any other time, I suggest buying a timepiece IG

Are timepieces enchantable? I wouldn't mind knowing when it's noon...

They are, with tinkering enchantments. The only one that will do you any good is truetime, and it's marginal, last I checked.

Even so, the classiness a timepiece affords is well worth the cost.

Don't worry, I got the times down. Yay timers.

You don't need to enchant them for them to tell you the time.

I would assume you would have to wait for the insanity side effects to wear off first before using it again, but I had never tried using it more than once in a day.

Researcher tert.. Tarot or Healing?

Honestly, I'd say to go with Healing. Tarot is nice, but if you can set up and achieve a Soulless kill, you're -probably- utilizing the same tactics that would let you Timequake just as easily.

Once a weave / IG month, I believe. Could be wrong though.

Yes, if it's an appropriate entry for both.

All my characters' various Bardic wins have also been Library prestige contest winners.
