One thing to note, if gold is going to be balanced with things that support leveling, that process will become even easier, resulting in more demis and in turn resulting in more gold in circulation.

(However, personally I think solo leveling being made easier instead of being reliant on interest of people in aetherhunts is nice, even though it is absolutely correct to reward group play over solo play due to the extra logistics and planning involved.)
