So I have bound credits available to an alt according to CREDIT REPORT.
How do I actually go ahead and claim these? I can't find anything on the website, nor do I see anything on an alt I made.

Thank you very much! I seem to be getting alt-credits through the Iron Elite, so it wasn't clear where I should go. I wasn't active when they started doing this, so the announce slipped by entirely.

Alt credits were for a promo a few months ago. Membership credits you transfer to whatever character you're logged into using CREDITS MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER . Make sure you do this on the character you want the credits to go to - you CANNOT transfer them to a logged out character. Look at HELP ELITE.

I know this is going to sound silly, but you are logging in to the character you bought the credits on, and you do have an alt that was made after May, right?
