Meh, none of that is particularly outrageous if you think about its application. Remember, what's on paper and how it plays out in game are two completely different things. I like the idea of cadres, but they need to have a real applicable use that will make it desirable for use.. unlike hivemind and mindlink >.>

I think Half-form is actually a cool idea, I think it should cost more like 50mil total, 5mil essence per shot. 5k isn't nearly enough, but it would only be used during super events like ascension and wargames etc. Make it once a weave, and maybe no +1 states, just 10dmp, increased damage (5-10%), +1 regen(+2 on org territory). That seems pretty reasonable.

I think it's totally worth 5mil essence per shot, I'd do it all the time for 500k easy. Need to make something that powerful, able to be picked strategically, not whenever you want to go hunting

Hmm, would be very minimal and random. There is an equivalence of such an ability in Achaea for Druids that HARVEST their HIVE once an IRL day. Random lessons <1-15?> in a skill. Mostly I thought of this for those that want to try and help their org in some form other than combat. I could see them pushing their novices with such an ability. Although, I guess I can see how it can be a bit over the top :/

Yaaahhh, get 10 demigods together, and all of your allies. Even if it's just 5 lessons, that's 50 lessons for every person present. Could easily get over the top. Anything like that should work like the teacher tarot, a random TF-esque boost to a skillset that fades.

Question: For demigods, why not have a skill web of sorts? To have a certain power, you need pre-requisites, and it can go any way. I'm thinking about Final Fantasy skill webs, and this way you can have demi-gods that have the option to go full combat lets say, or go a bit into flavour skills, or utility. Also for a considerable cost, allow demi's to "skillflex" their powers and to have a clean slate to either activate another set of powers.
And as for the powers thing, I think the major demotivation to reach demigod (throw out ascendance and the other things, I know I won't ever reach that) is that it's hi, you reached demi, but instead of what you used to have, you get to have half for an additional cost...
But as for the skillweb, things i was thinking about are like:
Combat:
Surge - allow you to use your essence to bolster your fighting for an exponential cost. 1 min is x amount of essence, 2 min is x^2, 3 min is x^3 essence...
blink - allow you to move to a random room in the close vincity with an allied member?
boxes/doll - drop a box/doll into a room, and when an enemy enters the room they will be automatically feared (bunch of essence per pop)
charge up a shield that doesn't block damage, but you can explode it after a period of time to deal the stored damage? (was thinking for PvE mostly)
be able to buy a level 1 balance or equilibrium, but for a heavy cost?
illusory weapons - summon an illusionary sword that will attack your enemies (but doesn't do any damage, just to give afflictions a fun time of it)
increase your chance to block with a shield?
- sorry about the LoL ideas, but some of them I wish I could see in Lusternia... anyways, combat etc.
utility:
- you can sip a little bit more from your vials than usual?
- when collecting herbs, you have a chance of finding an extra herb?
- (insert different trade powers here, chances of things, i.e. finding an extra gem when gemcutting, pouring an additional vial if alchemy, charging if enchanting but not taking power, smelting with your essence instead of a commodity?)
- When teaching a novice, they have a chance to learn more? (15 lessons placed into learning from you means they could learn 20 lessons worth instead)
- allow more vermin to rush into the room, because they are enthralled by your presence?
- your mark is left on the crafts you make? (longer life for instance)
- for a large amount of essence, you can increase the amount of essence you can gain for a short period of time?
- etc
Flavor:
- entrance / exit messages
- Allies can see your footprints on the ground
- arts crafts that you make have an additional sign, or essence glow to them?
- Your beast has a little sentience and can do a list of basic emotes?
- Your entourage has a glow given to them, as they are following you. (as so and so group leave the room, sparkles are left in the air?)
- illusions last longer than normal?
- you can buy the ability to speak an additional language? or understand the languages spoken around you?

But yeah, you buy lets say two powers, that opens the possibility of purchasing a third power. Having a certain amount of third powers, and you can get a fourth power.
Vernals / ascendants, already can purchase up to the third powers, without the pre-requisites, meaning they can go ahead and reach fifth powers or sixth easier with more fluidity than a demigod who would need to invest in a particular tree or web to reach the 5th power.

While I wouldn't mind the rest, as for this one... No. Just no. It'd make everyone demand to be taught by demigods to get the most out of their lessons. We don't need that.
