What about shifting karma gains to be more in favor of imbuing rather than offering? Lets influencing stay a viable way of netting karma that way.

Without particular order:

-Why on earth would anyone think making 20k needles at one time is a good idea? Are we expecting some aether-zombie apocalypse where needles are some sort of precious horded resource? Seriously, I hope the stock room they were being kept in was described as a crazy, OCD person's bunker. Geebus. I'm not trying to be insulting, I'm just genuinely baffled. Did we generate THAT much esteem?

-At the moment, this system seems like a bit of a bother. I mostly use esteem just to personally offer the results of my influencing. Could we have a system where I could cut out this figurine business and just offer esteem directly at a shrine? That would make me quite happy.

-If we limit player inventories, please exclude artifacts from the cap. Or just set it so high that the only people impacted are those who feel that making 20k needles is a good idea.

This, combined with the already-existent esteem transferring, would address the only major concerns that I've had.

My guess for why someone *cough* made 20k needles? So they wouldn't need to bother making any for the next few years. And this was far from the only problem from that; I believe the stockroom got so bugged that he was randomly teleported when he entered... or something. It was posted in the Quotes thread, I think.

Spectre island is a popular place for bug dumps. Perhaps some sort of odd metaphysics at play here. That's where I got ejected after I springtrapped my self into a rip in space/time.

Needles are cheaper than that. a bloody needle needed 1 bloodstone, 1 redtint. redtint is what, 5 gold? garnet is 25 gold? 30 gold total?

Can I have multiple figurines imbued? Does the figurine level impact shrine sanctification, or only offerings? Is it true that leveling a figurine up you can get a way-too-high modifier for your offerings? Are the offerings still impacted by godrealm size and divine tattoo as well?

Edit: Oh, and can you do partial offerings? Like if I have 200k esteem, but only want to offer 100k

Yes, only offerings, up to 200% (at lvl 40, good luck), yes if they were before.

To answer the only unanswered one, no, no partial offerings. All or nothing, and the figurine is destroyed.

That would make for some amusing orderlogs if combined with a level 40 miniature, I'd imagine.

Regarding the miniatures being destroyed on offering, perhaps make it so you can OFFER #### FROM ###### ? Rather then killing the whole item, just toss part of it up into the essence pool? And to avoid exploitation, have it reduce the level of the miniature? So with A being the level of the miniature, B being the amount of essence in the item, and C being the amount offered, and D being level loss: ( C/D ) * A = D to evaluate D, and A - D
