I though the idea WAS sort of cute. If it were any other sort of contest, I may have been lenient...I like quirky roleplay situations like that.

I told Phoebus this both IC and OOC, but it does seem to make the most sense for Hallifax to have an wordless or sparsely worded group piece as the Hallifax song. Come up with a good name, and make the conductor the GM. Credit to "Hallifax, as conducted by ".

I liked that idea too, but when it's a contest for personal glory, that people have preconceived conceptions about, kinda hard to go against the grain.

Also, having it be uncredited was nixed...

Oh it's cool. I know Jeanne couldn't get the prize, though I did sort of want her to be in the contest, and then have the GM position given to second place if she should actually win. I'm surprised the "she's not a citizen of the collective" was used before "she's got the mentality of a teenager at best and is unfit as a GM" though.
