I'm pretty sure the topic was more aimed at getting admin attention than seeking for every player to prove them wrong or right.

I think the relevant admin have had their say so if admin attention is the point of this thread, it achieved its purpose a long time ago.

I think that most of the forum-goers, both those who are complaining about the change and those who aren't, are pretty aware of what you get from the wheel spins. If that's your thing, keep spinning the wheel. If you feel it isn't worth it then don't pay for wheel spins. That's pretty simple.

Coming from someone who has spent thousands of dollars on Lusternia alone (not counting what I've spent in Achaea and MKO), I've never once felt like I've been cheated or that I received less than what I purchased. I've also found Estarra to be fantastic whenever I've had an issue with financial transactions involving the game. She has even proactively contacted me when I double charged myself for the Elite Membership, so I'm pretty sure Lusternia isn't out steal your money. I'm sorry if any of you feel this way.

If you feel like you have legitimate complaints as a customer, those should go to support@lusternia.com rather than here on these forums.

Oh Xenthos... you keep forgetting, this is a COMPANY.. a BUSINESS. In the real world, companies get sued for doing things like this. I'm not sure where you get your pseudo-justification defense for this poorly made administrative move from, but it's pretty hilarious. But I digress, please continue :)

Okay, let's play RL corporate laws.

Actually, from re-reading the Terms of Services, the company provided a disclaimer (section 11) on services, like the Wheel. Considering you (and others) continue to play the game, it therefore means that you also agreed to the Terms provided by the company.

When people start talking about lawsuits and claiming I am doing something illegal, it's time to close the thread. If you really think you have a case, feel free to hire an attorney. Otherwise, you are engaging in defamation, libel and slander, which is not welcome on these forums.

Honestly, I have always felt that I have been extremely generous to players with presents, promotions, etc., as much as I can be within the parameters of what I'm allowed. Anyone who suggests that I'm out to rip people off can frankly go jump in a lake, because I have always tried to be as fair, flexible and honest as possible when it comes to purchases. If you don't think that's the case, then no one is twisting your arm to purchase anything.
