I agree with all the questions above. Although the goggles trigger when someone flies over you I think, not showing all area. I could be wrong of course though.

1) The Wand of Illusions allows new lines.
2) No, the pocketwatch is standard alchemy balance.
3) The Scissors of Atropos require both the killer and the killee's names to be shown. The killer's full title will be displayed, as is normal in deathsights.
4) The goggles let you see movement in and out of the room you are in on the relevant elevation. They also let you see them on QL/LOOK.
