I wasn't suggesting racial emotes based on a charachter having a spec. I was suggesting racial emotes inspired by the fact that those races are better at those weapons than others.

It isn't possible to change emotes based on environment type. For racial emotes, the only "extra" parameter you'd be able to put on them is whether they are for males or females of that race.
