10.3.5 POSITION OF CITY ENVOY

This position is appointed by the Council of Elder Gods. In any regard, the Council of Elder Gods can remove this person from this position at any time and for any reason and demand another appointment. The Envoy represents the city or commune to the Council of Elder Gods as a liaison to discuss the class skills and powers. The Envoy is responsible for gathering information from his or her city or commune members regarding class skills and submitting a report.
