9.1.9.1 PRESTIGE AND INFLUENCE
(For Library and Stage Prestige contest information, see HELP CULTURE) Prestige is used to determine how likely a denizen is to resist an influence attempt. The more prestige you have, the less likely it is the denizen will resist an attack entirely (except in the case of charity, where it's the opposite). The ranks of prestige are as follows from most prestigious to least: like royalty luxurious affluent posh opulent prosperous well-to-do common nondescript like a naked fool tawdry shabby pathetic beggarly like a homeless wretch
