OOC Town Hall Log session on Tuesday, 3 September 2024. More concise version in the forums. Junction of Realities. A thrumming static is felt in the air, preceding the arrival of Zvoltz, the Architect in a burst of icy white electricity that dims the surrounding colors gray. Raising His hand in greeting, Zvoltz says "Hi!" Nymea appears. Raising Her hand in greeting, Uilani says "Hi!" Valtreth raises His hand in greeting to Uilani and says "Hi!" Iastor gremlins in. Zvoltz, the Architect says, "As I mentioned, I am tending to a very cantankerous, sleepy dependent, so will mainly be lurking." Kalikai rolls Her eyes skyward and splurts, "Pfffft." Suurae chuckles long and heartily. Junction of Realities. Various layers of the Fabric of Creation float suspended in a perpetual dance in the distance, just out of reach yet all the more surreal. Glittering threads weave themselves in a multitude of hues, aglow with phosphorescent light and divine emanation. Reality shifts with the each ripple in the Fabric, as adjustments change the very world of Lusternia. A leopard lurks in the shadows, curiously watching anything that moves. Nothing more than a puffball with cerulean eyes, a seal lynx point ragdoll kitten lies here lounging languidly. A gold phoenix perches here, her fiery plumage illuminating the area with white flames. Massive glowing white wings filling much of the space around him, a sleek hippogriff stands here, eyeing his surroundings serenely. Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars with a Blank face is here. She wields an elegantly beribboned seagull hammer in her left hand and a harmonious earthy- brown lute in her right hand. Elathir is here, wreathed in divine fire. They wield Qatna'a Chum's Evil Twin in their left hand. Nymea is here, wreathed in divine fire. She wields a glistening tramp stamp of Mysrai approval in her left hand and a large rock in her right hand. Limned with holy fire, a radiant archangel hovers here, wings outstretched. Kaewa is here, wreathed in divine fire. They wield an eternal Moon sceptre in their left hand. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star with a Nymph face floats here, insubstantial spheres of dawn-kissed light swirling about his form. He wields a lyre of sculpted gold olive branches with ivory amphora in his left hand and a consecrated mace of celestial gold in his right hand. He is surrounded by one reflection of himself. Floating upon whorls of indigo ink, Uilani, the Loom Mistress is here. She wields a purple and white masterball in Her left hand and the unfathomable depths of Naamira's Trench in Her right hand. Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk floats here, suffusing the air with the sickly-sweet scent of blackthorn blossoms. They wield a dagger of seething shadow in their left hand. A jet-black malevolent demon crouches here, red eyes burning upon the canvas of the darkest night. Humming a giocoso melody, Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar flutters here. She wields a black ceramic mug filled with a delicious caramel frappe in her left hand and an over sized cinnamon roll in her right hand. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye stands here casually, threads of fiery aether swirling capriciously about Her form. She wields a double bladed axe of crimson flames with both hands. Nocht, the Silent lingers here, shadows coiling in the air about Him. K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon with a Blank face drifts here, vibrant blossoms surging out of the ground around them. They wield a swift, thin-bladed glaive with both hands. Frosted crystals gently fall from the form of an egregiously beautiful Ice Angel, cooling the area here noticeably. Huskii Myeras with a Blank face stands here, enrobed in an array of swirling, autumnal leaves. They wield a rosewood guitar adorned with painted wildflowers in their right hand. Eadri is here. A radiant stag stands here with pride and poise, silver antlers rising in branching fractals. An imposing reaper is here, face hidden behind his dark hood. A radiant stag stands here with pride and poise, silver antlers rising in branching fractals. He is surrounded by a deflection bubble. Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord with a Nymph face is here, shrouded. He wields a sleek beam generator in his left hand and a delicate crystal staff in his right hand. Swirling in a cloud of iridescent sea jellies, Iastor hovers here, morphing into the shape of a larger jelly. They wield Sir jiggly, the gelatinous hedgehog in their left hand and a plush trout, mouth agape in song in their right hand. Manteekan, the Nightmare hangs here hazily, His presence nothing more than a chilled mist that drifts hauntingly through the air. He wields a plate of spaghetti and tomato sauce in His left hand and a translucent pouch bearing the nail clippings of the Hand of Glory in His right hand. Skeins of aureate light weaving about Him, Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn hovers here, the air alight with a warm, soothing effulgence. Clad in matte black leather, a golden-eyed savage lingers here like a living shadow. Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd radiates an aura of severity and calm as she lingers here. She wields a black steel nekai in each hand. Aadishree is here. A gray aura washing out the colors around Him, Zvoltz, the Architect stands here impassively. He wields the mighty hammer, Ays Onid in His left hand. You see a single exit leading north. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "I thought we were your only dependants. My life is a lie." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Zvoltz, "Did you see that video of the lady who made up her own version of down with the sickness? Something about the sleepless." With a grand gesture, Valtreth introduces, "Welcome to to the light! Our little Eph team, Nymea, Elathir, Iastor and Kaewaaaaaaa!" Iastor says, "To to!" Iastor giggles happily at Valtreth. Aerys d'Attai says, "Four four?" Suurae's eyes sparkle with amusement at Iastor. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Think we got everyone?" Uilani peers about Herself unscrupulously. Suurae sips kawhe from a black ceramic mug filled with a delicious caramel frappe. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Nohaji is here." "Tentaclessss!" Valtreth hisses, sinuously waving His arms around. Lilting in a dark, ethereal voice, Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says, "Oh no." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Just don't look at him, and he can't steal your face." Suurae nods her head sagely. Valtreth taps His nose knowingly at Kalikai. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "That's just what he wants you to think." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says to Valtreth, "If I give you my face, can I be avatar of Nohaji?" Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Of course!" Uilani puts 10 dark amethyst kegs into the unfathomable depths of Naamira's Trench. Iastor gives a savage gatorshark to Elathir. Elathir pets a savage gatorshark ingratiatingly. Iastor says to Elathir, "Just give him back when we're done." "Ok!" Uilani exclaims. Iastor ceases wielding Sir jiggly, the gelatinous hedgehog in their left hand. Iastor begins to wield a bright green jellybean for the Good Little Goblean in their left hand. Looking downtrodden, Kalikai sadly shakes Her head. Yuli Re'Leo says, "Ahoys I have arrived, hiding in the restroom at work." Manteekan swings His arm up and high fives Yuli enthusiastically. Iastor says, "I'm sitting in my car outside of my workplace, so, big mood. Too lazy to reopen my office." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "On the road to office lol." Iastor says, "Eduroam for the win." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I think that's everyone. So! Because we're doing it in-game, it might get spammy. Let's take it slow and please give us time to answer before adding more questions." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "And only a certain amount of resistance." Nymea gasps in delight, reaching out to boop Kalikai lightly on the nose with her finger. Kaewa says, "Shall we monitor whose turn it is to ask?" In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Should we attempt to avoid asking the same questions [from Discord] again?" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "For those of us not on discord evaluate th important ones." "Nope," Manteekan says with finality. Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Ask away." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "First let me just start by saying that we were all uncertain what this means at first when it happened to Imperian and Starmourn a year ago. It seemed like a very sad moment and the end for them. But we know it's not, not at all. Starmourn is thriving and revamping things left and right." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "We know now that what it really means is just no monetization and we can carry on as we see fit." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Absolutely everyone's staying from the admin team, I am too, nothing is changing except no monetization." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "And if ever IRE does not want to maintain that server we'll be on anymore, we'll jump in to host ourselves. We're not going down without a fight." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Thank you for staying even though you are not getting paid now." Acknowledging Faragan's point to be true, Kalikai nods Her head gravely at him. Suurae nods her head affirmatively. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "Did way too many hours here back as Drocilla too, makes no difference to me." Huskii Myeras says, "When did you find out? How long has the team had to plan the next steps?" Elathir says to Huskii, "24 hours ago, or thereabouts." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Huskii, "It has been a topic of conversation for awhile now. About a year. We learned officially, yesterday." Manteekan nods His head at Elathir. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "The team found out yesterday, is earliest I was allowed to mention it, I knew a bit before." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "And by topic, I mean, we speculated that it might happen, what we would do, etc." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Everyone's retirement value is also 100% safe. Even if in 10 years IRE decided to shut down everything, that value would just automatically get transferred out basically. No loss." Arix Mes'ard says, "Solution: just give everyone their retire value in credits." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Yeah there's no way they're just giving me my retire value." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Yeah more than a few people have 100k+ values." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Kalikai can't retire, I'd need 2207 credits." Kalikai flops down onto the ground. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Oof." Valtreth nods His head at Kalikai. Valtreth sniffles softly. Aadishree says, "LOL." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Guess I'm stuck here." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "I would need 6785 credits." Lifting His eyebrows, Manteekan utters a noncommital "Ope." Kalikai grins mischievously at Madungonga. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Madungonga, "I'd better not, for now. Maybe a GofundMe later." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull laughingly says to Kalikai, "Already making it right now." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "When are we switching servers and how long will we be down?" Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Uilani, "Thats a good question, has the server switch happened?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "I heard next week probably, shouldn't take long, an hour tops." A look of understanding crossing His features, Manteekan nods His head slowly. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Okay." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "More questions?" Uilani tilts Her head curiously. (Note: I have re-ordered interleaved discussions for ease of reading and searching with Ctrl+F.) Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Okay, many questions now, let's hold on as we answer those." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Regarding the earlier question, if someone is not part of Discord, they would not have heard our answers there, so please ask questions. It's okay if we have to repeat it. That's what the townhall is for." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Out of sheer curiosity, would future Ephs still need to drop their currently played characters?" Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Takhre, "Yes. The part of eph-hood that doesn't go away is the need to distance yourself from your org connections. We have to maintain a lack of bias, and thats just not possible when you're invested in a place, or a group of people." Zvoltz nods His head at Manteekan. Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Not that I don't love my glomfam, but eventually as a part of the havens you turn on the players, and thats how we know you're cooked." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Plus it's tempting to want to influence stuff as a player, if you know it's coming up as a divine." Suurae nods her head at Manteekan, showing her acceptance. Elathir nods their head at Kalikai. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Clearly it's time to make us TAs godroles." "Ha!" Kalikai exclaims with gusto. Arix Mes'ard says, "No." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Pass." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Xynthin resurrected." Zvoltz, the Architect says, "Be careful what you wish for." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Would you really want to be a divine after being TA?" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Yeah I'm done being the teacher's assistant!" Arix Mes'ard says, "Soll hated being a divine." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "If it meant I got the powers of divine without having to do any of the extra admin work? maybe worth." Kalikai gives a trillingly melodic laugh. Zvoltz, the Architect says, "Honestly - I don't know just how much more power divine have. The number of times I was caught flat-footed trying to influence a mob I just created..." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Takhre, "What they said. Needing to have separation is an important part of this to be a full member of the team. Some rules that IRE had we agree with there being for a reason. Making sure our staff is not biased, and proving this to you too, is very important. We are open to adjusting things however, and also having mortal helpers - builders, reviewers, coders - doing a lot more though." Kaewa says to Takhre, "The Haven is another org. Another family." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "I would love to work as a mortal builder or coder, honestly, I was just always very wary of IRE and other such things. Lusternia going full F2P is really relieving." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Uilani, "I'll add on to that, I believe we're going to be expected to pick up more of the ISSUES now, did I hear that yesterday? So its more important than ever that we remain neutral." Uilani nods Her head at Manteekan. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "Re: issues yes." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "I hope so!" Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says, "So, I noticed a few gods are now considered inactive and were not mentioned in the news post - was this already something that they had planned out?" Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Esei, "Who is on HELP DIVINE is more or less who is on the team, as of right now." Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says to Manteekan, "Understood! Thanks for the clarification." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Yeah, thank you!" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Esei, "Re the questions about gods. The update to HELP GODS happened not long ago, entirely unrelated. I just didn't have the time before to do the whole offboarding of inactive staff, it has a lot of elements." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Everyone mentioned in the post is active." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Arix, "Yes, Uilani does not have an in game role really, I also play Drocilla however." Aadishree says, "What does this mean on a player level?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Aadishree, "Honestly? Not much. Freedom to get all the things easier and without money involved." Aadishree says, "So does that mean we won't be able to buy credits or lessons in the future?" [They cannot be bought with real-world currency, but there remain ways to earn credits and lessons IG, like through daily credits and Achievements.] Arix Mes'ard says, "You know what I liked? new ephemerals having to design rooms/areas." Elathir says to Arix, "We still have design work as a core of the curriculum, and some of us really love building." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Arix, "We did! Each of us has a set of tasks, and one of those things is making rooms and areas." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Arix, "We no longer make Ephemerals build entire areas to graduate, have not for many years. It results in fewer areas, yes, but also in more gods because areas were killing them. Huge burnout rate because areas are immense projects. They still build, just smaller projects." Elathir says to Arix, "And there's a backlog of stuff that does get cycled back into production." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I remember Icewynd release. I hope that was not one ephemeral... poor soul." Uilani shakes Her head. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "It wasn't." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "It was at least 2 full admin, possibly 3." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "I don't wanna talk about Icewynd." Manteekan's eye twitches in a rather strange manner. Elathir grins mischievously at Manteekan. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks, "Do you have a sort of starchart or road map of what you would like to do or what is likely to happen you could quickly go over so we have an idea of what to expect in the near and far future?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "Since this is relatively new, we have not had much time to discuss things. We know we are continuing as is. I am staying on as the producer, and all admin are staying on too. From discussing on Discord with players, and generally among ourselves and with Starmourn we know some things that will be needed. Such as: revamping how you get lessons and how many, how many daily credits you get, how you can get limited edition things like some curios, what to do with the Wheel or Vaults. Essentially the entire monetization has to be done to be no purchases friendly and that will be the biggest challenge first." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Ok." Aerys d'Attai says, "I asked this on Discord, but for completion's sake: is there any sort of agenda that we want to turn or push now that it's less likely to be stalled by 'more important' IRE work?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Aerys, "Re: agenda. Yes, lots of things. I mentioned the main things in the announcement. I am wary of us overpromising the world so I kept that list to the point of what we are in the process of working on. Which is: customisations, issues, leftover reports, leftover year arc related things, meetings with org leaders to talk development and their requests, new content like areas, divine, etc, revamp of envoys and more combat things. And add to that the entire redo of everything to do with no monetisation." Kalikai throws Her hands into the air and gives a loud, "WOO!" In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says, "Yay, meetings!" Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Is there going to be any sort of updated roadmap in the works. While I understand Uilani and other paid(if there were) individuals being freed up from having to focus on rehashing IRE promos, where does development stand in regards to things not requiring focus on paid matters?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Madungonga, "Re: roadmap. Yes. We'll do an updated one. With this change I think we're okay to also change how we communicate things about development and what we may struggle with or what we could use help with." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Madungonga, "As a side note to that re development, I have never felt comfortable sharing anything about any personal things I may have had going on because I don't feel it should be anyone else's problem. I was a paid member of staff and you should have felt okay requiring things of me and not give me a pass because life sucked." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "So on that note, this summer was devastating as both my parents are sick and I spent most of the last 2 months in hospitals. Things are better now and I don't want anyone to give me a pass or anything, but it is why things have been slow." Manteekan gives Uilani a friendly squeeze. Uilani leans on Manteekan seeking consolation. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Next question I see was Xiran's." Suurae gives Uilani a friendly squeeze. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Uilani, "That is not fair to you. That is why people have PTO, sick leave, vacation time, etc. As staff you still deserve those consiterations." Aadishree says to Uilani, "We also as a player base understand things happen, I'm so sorry about your parents." Nymea applauds Faragan heartily. You think to yourself: Oh goodness. Sorry to hear, Uilani. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "It's all good, worry not!" Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "I am glad to hear things are better, but that's still very rough I'm sorry." You say, "Related question to Aerys. May I ask, for churning out or administrivia for monthly promos, how much time and stress was it? Asking out of curiosity and to appreciate how much work was being done and how much more freedom there is going forward." You say, "I recall it was touched upon in Discord with managing Paypal and Stripe issues." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to you, "Re: administrative stuff. Difficult to say, varies month to month. But it was just so many hours every single month spent preparing it, examining how past promos did, researching what to change, coding the changes, setting things up in game, on website, writing all the posts. It was a few day's worth of time every month at least. Sometimes more." You say to Uilani, "Many thanks." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Also thank you to everyone sending well wishes!" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Will auctions stay?" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "There was one about auctions which I also posed on the Discord." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Qoivhae, "Auctions. Mmmm, yes, maybe. Some things like customisations that are auction only could be moved to accessible, but some of them are also very intense so doing them via auctions - ie when we have the time/people - might still be better. The artifacts could be moved into ashop at some price. Unsure honestly, we'll be asking for opinions on that." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Ok thank you." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says to Uilani, "That's somewhat what I was thinking - a lot of those arties don't really make sense in a system where monetization isn't an issue, but the "fun customization" ones are pretty neat and would be more of a "I'm bidding on something cool" vs. a revenue generator." Manteekan tilts His head and listens intently to Faragan. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks, "I am jumping the gun and sorry for that but, once you balance out the promos that were fun--vaults, wheel, glowing presents, etc. and promo curios like winter, macaron, etc. I am old like som here and have been around a bit.. probly not as long as some gods like Uilani but, what about new stuff to strive for. Will those come in time after all the rebalancing?" Comprehension flashes across Manteekan's face. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "Yes to new stuff! But this time we'll make new stuff because there's need, not worrying about sales. We absolutely want more new things. Biggest thing is making sure it does not unbalance combat. We got a lot of things that do already and if there's a will, we can look into redoing those too or even phasing them out or moving their utility elsewhere." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Thank you." Kalas Zagreus, the Devouring Blade says, "My only question: When is the next meetup and who is bringing the good camera and good whiskey?" Kalikai grins mischievously at Zagreus. Sir Romaan D'Varden, Knight of the Paladins says to Zagreus, "I can bring the whiskey." Suurae points accusingly at Kalikai. A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says to Zagreus, "Not until I move, okay?" Kalas Zagreus, the Devouring Blade says to Yinuish, "MagCon can be delayed probs." Darvellan raises an eyebrow questioningly. In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says, "Magcon!" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Mmm, Magcon." Kalikai looks about Herself, rubbing Her chin thoughtfully. Yuli Re'Leo says, "Is there any possibility of RPA roles in the future? Or is it sticking to eph and admin? I thought it might have been restricted due to ndas and what not." Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk asks Yuli, "RPA roles?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Right, RPA, sort of like Starmourn's Storytellers?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Assuming yes, then, probably not? Maybe? We have enough admin right now that such a thing is not exactly needed and in an even larger team, half admin and half player based, coordinating roleplay might be very difficult. Open to ideas in the future though, we need to discuss it." (Mellori checking flow and relaying Discord questions.) Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Getting some discord questions re-asked for those not in the discord: Is there a way to support the game/staff, or is that not necessary at the moment with IRE maintaining the server?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Mellori, "Re: supporting the staff. We're all good right now. IRE is hosting the server. Should things ever change, we'll be upfront about it." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Again a repeat from discord: will we continue to have Nexus support?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Nexus is part of the IRE family, all games are on it." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "It stays." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "And there's updates in the works even." Aerys d'Attai says, "Oooh, one question to add to the stack: are there any big initiatives that Lusternia (specifically without IRE) wants to take to bring in new players? I remember some vague rumor of a possible Steam release, but I know that was very insubstantial." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Aerys, "Yes. re: new players. I am not sure where we stand on the Steam issue but making Nexus' UI better is part of it I imagine." Arix Mes'ard says, "I just want to take this time to thank the admin for their efforts in cracking down on toxic alts awhile back, I don't know if they know how much we truly appreciated that." Looking downtrodden, Manteekan sadly shakes His head. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Manteekan, "Rude to talk about yourself." Manteekan laughs out loud. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Kalikai, "What, I'm standing -right- here." Kalikai grins mischievously at Madungonga. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "More questions!" Uilani pumps Her fists in the air to rally the troops. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Ask questions, people. Not only so you'll know, but so you can reassure other people." Kaewa says, "Everyone here knows people who used to play, but for some reason stopped. Talk to them, let them know what's up. Also, players speaking up on Reddit or other MUD forums and such is a far superior form of advertisement than anything official." Primarch Shango D'Cente, Dark Animus of the Machine says, "What do we do next? Just carry on as before yes?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Shango, "That's really what we need: stick around, give others to stick around." Elathir says to Shango, "Yes, that's the best way to support Lusternia now." In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says, "I don't know a lot of MUD forums, but if people share links I'm willing to venture on them." Kalikai nods Her head at Shango. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Shango, "Re: carrying on. Yep. Day like everyday." Revelrous Drastrath says, "Will AI beasts/dwellers be done away with? I assume there is a cost to providing that service." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "AI is going out." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Cognition, that is." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "What about us with CognitionChars on our account still?" Revelrous Drastrath says, "Understandable." Uilani looks about Herself, rubbing Her chin thoughtfully. Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "I may be only one of a few people that probably has them..." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "It may have already been disabled. Did not check the code changes loaded. Will get you the answer in a moment." Arix Mes'ard says, "What even is that." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Arix, "Basically allows you to have an AI in your custom pet that can answer questions and react." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Without having a full feed of all Lusternia's logs I don't see how AI could work anyways, and if it did have all the logs I wouldn't trust it to not spit out passwords entered in incorrectly or ... certain other things." Aerys d'Attai says to Xenthos, "I still sort of wished I could have a PVP spar with an AI shell." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Aerys, "Re: AI shell for PVP. We've tried it but Rapture has limitations we could not overcome." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Do you guys have an estimate of how long it may take to evaluate things tied to monetization and change them to fit the pure f2p model? No worries if not, just curious." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Mellori, "Re: how long. No idea yet I'm afraid. I am technically still a paid employee all of September and that will be my primary job." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd smiles and says, "Fair enough! Like I said, just curious." Aerys d'Attai says, "Oh right, that was another thing I was wondering: how much does your NDA change, if at all?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Aerys, "Re: NDA, still holds. Probably same as technically still IRE." Backed by the sound of gentle waves, Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "... if monetization is no longer an issue, will we be getting Ackleberry and Jojobo?" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "And the other archetypes!" Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says to Qoivhae, "Only if it's the clown archetype." Kaewa says to Tridemon, "Get the players to fill their positions first." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Tridemon, "Monetization was never the reason we didn't have Ackle and Jojobo hah." Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says, "What about seasonal events, like Anniversary, the Haunting, and Solstice? Not the promos, necessarily, but... the haunted house, solstice court, etcetera?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Esei, "Seasonal things: Still all here, we LOVE IT." Darvellan, the Navigator says, "Saying we love it is an understatement." Kalikai grins mischievously at Veldrin. Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Soliciting ideas for the Halloween stuff. I feel like thats my shtick but I don't quite know how to add on to it." Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says to Manteekan, "More evil?" Primarch Shango D'Cente, Dark Animus of the Machine says, "Scary, spooky skeletons." Huskii Myeras says to Manteekan, "If you want to go all out, more rumor houses in the maze." Manteekan laughs out loud at Zagreus. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says to Manteekan, "Chance the thing in the basement to something more spooky and less "requiring insanity"." Sir Romaan D'Varden, Knight of the Paladins says to Manteekan, "Go full 'Stephen King' mode." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "That reminds me, I should get to working on this year's halloween costumes." Kalikai puts Her hands on Her hips and goes "Hmmm!" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I love costumes yes." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "A drunken Ironbeard costume." Kalikai grins mischievously at Faragan. Primarch Shango D'Cente, Dark Animus of the Machine looks surprised and says, "A Shango costume." Manteekan, the Nightmare smiles with a wink and says, "Sorry, didn't mean to invite a bunch of conversation. Ideas, Ideas." You whisper, "Clangoru wrestler costume." Backed by the sound of gentle waves, Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "Or just a generic greased dwarf costume. For Jalana." Kaewa says, "If you want more evil you need to play along with that evil." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Shango, "How scary." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "An oily clangoru wrestler costume." Arix Mes'ard says to you, "That's called a changeling cameo." Arix Mes'ard says, "Again." Arix Mes'ard says, "Cameo." You say, "Hee." Huskii Myeras says, "Also, if we could keep the halloween trinket for at least a RL year." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "If a divine storyline got dropped because of sudden divine poof, is it still safe to say that such a story is good as dead? like... order wise. I know it's a silly question, but still." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Takhre, "Re: divine storyline. That depends what you mean. Generally if it's the same person coming back to play that divine, they know what's what but may still choose to start fresh. If it's someone new, 90% of the time there's no notes and holding them to past things when they have no idea what happened might make it difficult and stressful for them. In those situations it's okay to let them know vaguely and see if they pick up on it. I'd say that's good etiquette on that." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "It sounds like you all have a lot of work to do about balance. I have another very specific qustion about this month's promo." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "Your question?" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I do not know your demographics but, I am...and if I am this might be passed over the only screenreader user here given the promo of a new Fate Deck I was wondering if after the balancing act you all have to do, could ... if it is faesoble to do so in a functional manner, work on accessability for the various ascii art games like Fate or Tessera or Bombard but, mostly Fate since we are getting a new deck if we work on it." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Ohhh, good question." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "Re: accessibility of ascii art games. Yes, absolutely. If you would be so kind as to put together a list even, we would know where to start." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Uilani, "So, what can we say about what we're working on?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "Depeeeends? What did you wanna talk about? I think revealing something like areas or pockets we're working on, or divine roles being worked on will always be a no no because that's part of story/roleplay/lore. Those things generally are meant to surprise you and be introduced on an even playing ground." Darvellan, the Navigator says to Uilani, "What about behind the scenes of older projects?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Darvellan, "Behind the scenes of older projects, absolutely. We generally always didn't reveal names of people involved to protect them. Take for instance backlash at the time from Tainted Broadcast Center. If someone is good revealing authorship or wants to talk about it more anonymously, I think that's fair." Nymea says, "I'll happily put my name on the Haupdin's Leap errand. I'm ridicuously enfatuated with penguins, so I had to do it. And yes, Uzriel, I made that particular change post release because of you." A wry smile spreads across Kalikai's face. Kalikai gives A FUZZY AND CUTE PENGUIN to Nymea. Suurae nods her head in agreement. Iastor says, "I was the brainchild of the gatorsharks, morokeche seat and the Princess, the pet." Iastor beams broadly. Iastor says, "Oh, and I am Pachi's father." Rysic enters from the north, emanating an aura of immense power. Iastor attempts to grin, but something goes terribly wrong. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Patch a droid." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Oh! while most of you are here, THANK YOU FOR PACHIDRUI. they are SO cute and I adore their grammar habits. I'm not sure if it was ever a reference to Shulamit, Gurashi, and Cheliyi's patterns, but it's so cute." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "I did nothing and made nothing." Kalikai glances askance. Manteekan nods solemnly to Kalikai. Iastor utters a deep, rumbling laugh. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Manteekan, "What, I don't keep track." Manteekan nudges Iastor suggestively. Elathir says, "I'll offer up Uskashyth, the REDACTED rooms in Hallifax, Sarora Bowtail and her huskies, and a few other things over the years." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "THE HUSKIESSSSS." Iastor says, "I plan to include captions with any future ascii art I do, so there is that thought." Archimandrite Numinous Re'Leo says, "Have to go sleep. Midnight for me. Thanks for asking and answering such informative questions. Byeeee!" Kalikai glares angrily at someone. Manteekan swings His arm up and high fives someone enthusiastically. Darvellan glomps someone playfully, knocking him over in His enthusiasm. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Malmydia, "Where HAVE you been." Suurae romps playfully in circles around someone. Elathir gasps in delight, reaching out to boop someone lightly on the nose with their finger. In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "MALMYDIA." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise exclaims, "Hello!!!" It is now the 16th of Urlachmar, 688 years after the Coming of Estarra. Zvoltz, the Architect says, "Finally, She makes Her entrance." Zvoltz's eyes sparkle with amusement. Spreading your arms wide, you spin clockwise and visualize a circle of protection. A shimmering white orb springs up around you. Suurae cackles hellishly at you. Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says to you, "You probably won't even get the goth treatment this time." You think to yourself: I kid. Welcome back Malmydia, you can plague Xiran any time~. <3. Aerys d'Attai says, "Has IRE had any influence, or desire to influence, Lusternia's narrative? If so, are we distancing from anything we may have wanted to but couldn't before?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Aerys, "No re: narrative and IRE, that was always in our hands." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I can work on that." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar asks Uilani, "How much, as a group, would it cost us to hang on to you as a paid employee?" Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Suurae, "I can add her to Kalikai's gofundme, sure." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "I have a budget item for Lusternia, I would happily contribute to a patreon for keeping Uilani paid. Just saying!" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I am sorry if I am replying to people slowly by the way, still trying to catch up." A wry smile spreads across Kalikai's face. Uilani hurls Suurae away from Her, exclaiming, "YEET!" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Suurae, "I just caught up to that." A wry smile spreads across Suurae's face. Nymea says to Takhre, "I will admit that I used Gurashi and Cheliyi as basis for Jololem's speech.. mainly because they were the Wumps that stood out most in my mind." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says to Nymea, "Bless you and your entire existence I'm gonna cry." Iastor says to Takhre, "It was a general lisp and a way to convey their uniqueness and also it was just very cute, but thank you. I am so happy everyone has loved them as much as I do." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "But it worked great for Pachi imo, it's a unique speaking style." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "And doesn't get as annoying (to me) as some of the other accents I've seen." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Gurashi was a keph for that speech." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says to Iastor, "If I could emote I would be hugging you." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Iastor, "Bet I can steal your huggies from Takhre." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "For sure." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Another question, from the past auction customisation, will it still be applied?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Qoivhae, "Re: auction customisations. Yes!" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Ah will just have to wait them." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Okay and I finally caught up with." Uilani glomps Malmydia playfully, knocking Her over in Her enthusiasm. Malmydia smiles softly. Malmydia gives Uilani a friendly cuddle. Iastor glomps Malmydia playfully, knocking Her over in their enthusiasm. Iastor inches bashfully over to Malmydia and nuzzles Her tenderly. Giving Malmydia a knowing look, Manteekan forms a "XII" sign with His fingers, then taps His chest twice before kissing His fist and blowing it away. Kalikai reaches over and ruffles Romaan's hair fondly. Iastor beams broadly at Takhre. Iastor beams broadly at Xenthos. Consecrator Rysic Re'Leo says, "If the current admin decided to leave, kinda like imperian, would there ever be anyone else assigned as volunteers if they wanted? Like would IRE give at least that much support?" Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "Oh adding on to Rysic. Would there still be a path to become an eph moving forward?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "We will still take on Ephs, yes. If we all suddenly quit? I don't think IRE would put in the time to train someone in our place." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I don't think you really need to worry about that though, we're here and not going anywhere and everyone passes training on so that they can train new generations too." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "That's comforting to know." Consecrator Rysic Re'Leo says, "I appreciate you saying that, I ask because I played Imperian and...well you know what happened. To be fair though, I don't think the admin were there that long before it went legacy." Primarch Shango D'Cente, Dark Animus of the Machine says, "Well if I could help without giving up my mortal shell, I would. Imperian had something like that before the Legacy status kicked in, but those that got it mishandled the RP of it a bit, sadly...supposed to be remnants of the gods that had no idea what they were and basically starting from scratch. But several came in acting like they were already full gods with the power to slay etc..." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Drat, nobody took my bait." Giving Manteekan a knowing look, Malmydia forms a "XII" sign with Her fingers, then taps Her chest twice before kissing Her fist and blowing it away. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Hey, don't do the sign when I can't do it." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "How rude." Manteekan laughs out loud. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Uilani, "Just do another emote." With a cocky grin, Kalikai winks at Uilani, pointing Her hands at Her like imaginary pistols and firing off a few shots in Her direction. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Kalikai, "But XII is life." (The Serenade): You say, "Omg. The Twelve got a gang sign." (The Serenade): Madungonga says, "We Big Moon Bloods up in here, don't let them on our turf." Iastor says, "Seeing the reception of what we create, what we put our hearts and energy into, is truly what makes it for me. I do what I do because this game has been a large part of my life for so long, and now I am lucky to give back to it and to a community that I adore." Iastor beams broadly. Kalikai nods Her head at Iastor, showing Her acceptance. Iastor hurls Kalikai away from them, exclaiming, "YEET!" You notice Kalikai watching Iastor suspiciously, as if they might be up to something. Arix Mes'ard says, "I'm just glad the game is still going on, i've put almost 20 years into this." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Arix, "It will be our 20th anniversary!" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Oh yes about the anniversary, are there implications of being on legacy mode now?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Qoivhae, "More free stuff?" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says to Uilani, "I see." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "It's crazy to me that so many of you have been playing for about as long as I've been alive." Darvellan peers at Takhre unscrupulously. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Wow." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Yeah, hey, happy Anniversary." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says, "I feel old now." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "You're welcome hehe." Kaewa rolls their eyes and sighs wearily, muttering, "Okay Estarran," in exasperation. In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "OKAY ESTARRAN? CAN WE HAVE THAT ONE PLEASE." Elathir rolls their eyes and sighs wearily at Takhre, muttering, "Okay Estarran," in exasperation. Elathir says to Takhre, "There you go." Darvellan nods His head sagely at Suurae. Suurae leans on Darvellan seeking consolation. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I came in late, October 2006." Elathir says, "Yea, I'm close on 15 years I think." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Havens since Feb 2011." Iastor says, "Yeah! We are here because we love this game. And yeah, for some of us this has been a formative part of our lives. These are the streets that raised me, so to speak." Quickly chittering, Eadri says to Takhre, "I sometimes think that too, but try not to mention it outloud!" Arix Mes'ard says, "January 1st 2005." Darvellan, the Navigator says to Uilani, "I think we came up around the same time?" Uilani nods Her head at Darvellan. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Cannot relate, am newbie." Aerys d'Attai says to Xenthos, "You lie. Stoppat." Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says to Xenthos, "You need to start vacuuming Glomdoring of all its acorns again." Arix Mes'ard says, "Xenthos is like three ingame years younger than me." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I do not think I have done 20 but, a while whatever far as years IG join up to ..I should calculate that sometime but, I have so much fun here I never get around to it." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Sapphira, "We can ice pack each others knees I guess." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says to Madungonga, "Lusternia retirement village." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "We oldies reminisce about the old days and shake our canes at kids." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "I don't know when I started, but probably...530 Lusternian years ago or so." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "My oldest mortal is June 7, 2007." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says to Manteekan, "I forgot how to look it up." Suurae looks at Manteekan incredulously and faints. Nymea says, "I've been around Lusternia since the early days, but only been in havens for around 4 years or so?" Iastor says, "I was playing in 06/07, and on and off for YEARS, and now am havens teehee." Arix Mes'ard says, "I think I started 16 or 18." Arix Mes'ard says, "Little bitty elfen druid." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "I also started at age 21 or something instead of 16." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "March 2007, maybe?" Kalikai looks about Herself, rubbing Her chin thoughtfully. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Who knew that starting age mattered." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Does anyone have any other questions? Did we miss anyone's questions?" Malmydia, the Lady of Needles whispers, "I've been keeping mostly quiet to not interrupt question flow. It's nice to see all of you here, though." Iastor snuggles up close to Malmydia, looking happy and content. In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Out of sheer curiosity, would you say that becoming an eph and then a divine is like playing on a team of DM/GMS?" Elathir says to Takhre, "It starts out starry-eyed and terrifying, and that never really stopped for me." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Takhre, "No, it's like being a genie. Phenomenal cosmic power, itty bitty living space. You have all this power, but have to learn when and when not to use it." Elathir nods their head at Kalikai. Iastor nods their head at Kalikai. In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Interesting." Iastor says, "And how to interface with the world of lusternia from a non-biased perspective, while also maintaining the integrity of the game and world." Kaewa says to Takhre, "And it's a process. You need patience. You need to understand that sometimes there are more important or urgent things to do instead of your project." Kalikai nods Her head at Iastor, showing Her acceptance. Iastor utters a deep, rumbling laugh at Faragan. In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Right." Elathir says, "I've been in the Havens since the Ghani arc, with something of a hiatus, and it's been some of the best experiences seeing it from the other side. It's not for everyone, for sure - but if you click, it's like an addiction." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Takhre, "And really, any time you want to make something new that is player-facing, you have to get approval, and make sure it's acceptable. You can't just make stuff and not document it. That's the hard part for me." Kaewa says, "And then RP as five or six different people at the same time in different rooms." Arix Mes'ard says, "Things like that." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "The RP as multiple I have down, the other stuff seems like a lot. Mad respect to all of you." Iastor says, "Sometimes you get to RP as a cow or chair, though. It's pretty wild." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "And sometimes you get eaten by thornbeasts." In a melodic quaver, Reader Takhre Shee-Slaugh, of the Kept Promise says, "Or a duck... miss you, Terentia." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks, "I have trouble with me in a room much less splitting my slf into 5 and keeping up. g bless ou all for your split personalities?" Elathir says to Kalikai, "Sometimes, you create the thing doing the eating. There's balance!" Iastor says, "The thing I've been rping as has absolutely been accidentally bashed before, hahahaha." Kalikai acknowledges the point with a grave nod of Her head. Primarch Shango D'Cente, Dark Animus of the Machine says, "Via a noobkick, right?" Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says, "Sometimes you get to be a terribly frightening goddess of plagues and More(tm) and sometimes you get to be a beggar grovelling for alms, it's very fun if you enjoy the type of storytelling that dungeon masters of tabletop roleplaying tend to like." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "You all have a lot of balance work ahead of you pre-thank you for the enormous effort to make this totally free. I do look forward to what comes after." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "Can I ask how long is the request queue (customizations/PRs/etc) is? What sort of speed will we start seeing on those now that everyone can work on them?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Ayisdra, "Re: customisations. Everything is still in the email box right now and seeing as things related to personal information, payments, etc all go into that box, I should not be just letting everyone jump into it. I have an NDA/contract where me seeing it is fine, others do not. So I first need to tidy it all up and follow up with people asking if they still want all the things, then sort it and get it out of inbox." Consecrator Rysic Re'Leo says, "Will there be anyway to increase how many credits we can get daily for us newbies to try and catch up since there's no longer a paid option?" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Rysic, "You listen to the old people reminisce about the good old days." Aerys d'Attai says to Faragan, "Jeez, I'd be a veritable fount of credits, then." Cackling, you say, "Yes. We'll give Recognition if you listen to our old stories." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says to Rysic, "I believe org credits will still be a thing, so cities could just start paying more out." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Most orgs have credit sales, funnily enough, not many players seems to take full advantage of them though." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Rysic, "Yes, that is the idea, more of everything so it is more sensible to progress without monetization." Consecrator Rysic Re'Leo says, "Re: org credits, I just assumed people don't participate because most people have been here forever at this point so don't have to 'credit pinch'" In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says, "I'm old and I credit pinch, gotta pay those mercenaries." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Freja, "Hi." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says to Rysic, "I regularly pay out most to someone who has basically everything so thats not the case!" Consecrator Rysic Re'Leo says to Tirah, "My theory was mistaken then!" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Freja, "What, you aren't getting credits for lighting beacons?" In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says to Kalikai, "No credits for beacons, just bored and broken scripts." Iastor brings their fingertips together in the shape of a heart. Manteekan nods solemnly. Iastor is enveloped in translucent fire for a moment and is gone, their soul safe until they return to Lusternia. Manteekan peers at Kalikai unscrupulously. Suurae chuckles long and heartily. Kalikai grins mischievously at Manteekan. Primarch Shango D'Cente, Dark Animus of the Machine says to Malmydia, "So if I threaten to cast fireball, I get a discount in the shop right? I didn't ask what the room size was..." Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says to Shango, "Unfortunately my level 60 retired adventurer patron is immune to your antics, but likes your gumption! He'll forgive the trespass." Consecrator Rysic Re'Leo says, "Well I need to sneak out, thank you for taking the time to do this." Revelrous Drastrath says, "Would you considering allowing retirement credits be used on characters that exist past the cutoff?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Drastrath, "Retirement is not something I can interfere with, it is IRE mandated. Please do elaborate though? Give me a for instance?" Revelrous Drastrath says to Uilani, "I was meaning to allow us to use retirement credits on characters that are older than 30 days. I have no intention to use retirement credits anywhere outside of lusternia." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Drastrath, "Ah, then not sure. I need to check how all that works. We may want to roll out our own version of in-game retirement." Arix Mes'ard says, "A question from us designers: will there be any attention paid to design review and maybe more rules transparency from the Charites?" Arix Mes'ard says, "I have often heard tales of frustration from designers." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "What do you mean by more attention paid to design review?" Arix Mes'ard says, "Allowing the reviewers to coordinate on reviews." Arix Mes'ard says, "I remember we weren't allowed to talk about designs with other reviewers and that wasn't helpful because we'd miss errors and such." Arix Mes'ard says, "Sorry if I'm not making sense." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Arix, "You can send me a tell if you have a question and it's not getting answered." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Arix, "Re: designs. Could you elaborate? Is there not enough attention paid? Are there any vague rules?" Arix Mes'ard says, "Just, maybe more coordination allowed amongst the reviewers so that things get more thoroughly checked and not sent back multiple times, and possibly having a dedicated Charite or divine presence for them to talk to for rules questions?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Arix, "The thing with reviewers not sharing information is that right now the system is designed around at least two individual sets of eyes needing to look at something before it's approved. At minimum. If reviewers -can- collaborate, it's only really one set of eyes because they share what they see and, from experience, they do not look deeper the way they do if they do it solo. If we wanted them to share, we could need to increase how many votes are needed to pass something. We have not had queue trouble of late though, it's been going smoothly. Open to suggestions though, we'll get round to any updates there too as needed." Arix Mes'ard says, "See and nobody ever told me that until now." Kalikai nods Her head at Uilani, showing Her acceptance. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says through unhappy tears, "Can we have cereal now." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd asks, "Two part question: what mortal position would be capable of adding hints to older quests in the quest system? And will you be opening those positions up in the future?" Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "I love how some of the newer quests do hints, and I think some older ones could definitely use some love in that regard." Kaewa says to Mellori, "Hints as part of the hint system or more speech options and the quests being more clear on what to do?" Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says to Kaewa, "Either or? Both are helpful." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Mellori, "Re: quest/hints. No, highly unlikely because that is done through WebOLC, our system where all progs are kept. This is not somewhere we let anyone in but the staff. It has everyone's secrets and future development." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Quests did me think of another thing was was really impossible before ....would it be now whre all those ascii puzzles are?? I know it was a time contraint before. Not immediately mind you. When you all get free from balancing everything to start." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar asks Faragan, "Like the telescope?" Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Or magic square, or sudoku, etc." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "To sorry like the puzzle in hypheri to call the spirits or the puzzle in Zoaka to call the big wyvern." Uilani nods Her head at Faragan. Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd asks, "If it would be helpful for looking into accessibility, I can put together a list of quests I've encountered with ascii art puzzles?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Mellori, "Please." Someone powerful says to Mellori, "Please, that would be immensely helpful." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Will do! Most happily." Ais, the Architect says to Mellori, "Keep in mind, some quests appear differently with CONFIG SCREENREADER ON." Uilani nods Her head at Ais. Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "I can take a look with that turned on. See if it needs looking at." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd asks, "When I've put that list together, where should I put it? Somewhere in discord?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Yes, just because it's ascii does not mean there is not a screenreader friendly version already there." Darvellan, the Navigator says, "There are plenty that don't yet have a screenreader friendly version also." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "The only one I now of is the memorial gardens in New Celest." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Perfect. I'm not familiar with every quest, but I can at least check the ascii ones I know of with screenreader on and see if they need looked at." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Mail it to support@lusternia.com, or message me a link?" In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance whispers, "Moar quests needed." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says to Freja, "Always, but they can take FOREVER to make." Acknowledging Suurae's point to be true, Elathir nods their head gravely at her. Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "I'm working on Climanti, as an aside. For those of you attached to that... horrible list." Voice muffled by his mask, Warlord Uzriel d'Vanecu, Demagogue of Dissonance says, "Make a quest for Freja to build your quest." In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says to Manteekan, "I love you, thank you." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Its an interesting process." Manteekan pats the Dead Spire of Shrieking Winds in a friendly manner. Kalikai cuffs Madungonga upside his head. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Madungonga, "Join Gaudiguch and lead us to victory in the next Ascension, and I'll think about it." You say, "Hands off my Sealbearer and Sec Min!" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to you, "You can come too." Your soft voice reaches out to Huskii Myeras, tickling their ear, "// OOC: Don't fall for Their, uh, Gaudiguchian siren song!" Kalikai winks conspiratorially at you. Resonating like the wintry winds of the mountains, the voice of Huskii reverberates through the corridors of your consciousness, "// someone has to keep the lights on!" Resonating like the wintry winds of the mountains, the voice of Huskii reverberates through the corridors of your consciousness, "// well, more fires out, but you know what i mean!" Your soft voice reaches out to Huskii Myeras, tickling their ear, "// Darn those summer thunderstorms." Your soft voice reaches out to Kalikai, the Crimson Eye, tickling Her ear, "// <3." Kalikai grins mischievously at Huskii. Suurae nods her head sagely. Darvellan, the Navigator says, "You don't want to see WebOLC anyway." Darvellan shudders violently. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "It's not that bad." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "It's not that good either." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says to Madungonga, "Truth." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Mellori, "However, I don't think the whole 'never share walkthroughs' is a good idea and I am open to some sort of in-game Adventure Guild that would have somewhat vague but in-character guides, and ooc guides being more widely available." In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says to Mellori, "If you need quest hints, I can help you." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "That makes a lot of sense, but also sadge." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd looks thoughtful and says, "Oooh, okay. Like a clan with quest hint sort of things?" Aerys d'Attai says, "Time for me to step away. Will be back in a bit, but the meeting may be done by then." Kaewa says, "And quests have been tweaked in the past to be more clear." Kalikai beams broadly at Aerys. Manteekan nods His head at Kaewa. Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says to Uilani, "Something in-character enough that it would pass when put in for library would be pretty nice, I think." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Couldn't you just make it the Horizon Walkers." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Isn't that what they do." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says to Freja, "I may ask for some in the future! Right now I'm in the middle of cooking dinner so I cannot for the life of me think of what quests I had trouble with that prompted the question." Wyrden Haruspex Esei Shee-Slaugh, of the Ascending Dusk says, "Oh- Horizon Walkers. Is there any plan for new endzones, or is it another Big Maybe? Or maybe that would be on the roadmap." Quickly chittering, Eadri says, "I've learned how to take care of kepheran eggs from a similar book, would've had no idea!" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I have some questions and comments in tells too, I will answer those as able." Kaewa says, "Are you worthy of being an Horizon Walker if you don't know how to solve the quests?" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Sure, you just don't have a high rank with them." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "They let people do all kinds of grunt work on their behalf!" Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "One day the Horizon Walkers will get the rest of the Catacombs working." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "Technically they explore the unknown, not do quests/adventure." Kaewa leaves to the ether. Elathir says, "I have to leave, as I need to be up early tomorrow (I'm on BST), and I just wanted to say that seeing everyone come here and support us by asking questions and showing how you all care has been rather humbling. We appreciate you, just as much as you appreciate the world and the work that goes into helping curate the stories we tell in it together." Revelrous Drastrath says, "Can we get a shiny for attending the town hall and not panicking?" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says to Drastrath, "Nice." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Drastrath, "Yes, you may have a shiny." "Uhh..." stalls Kalikai. Kalikai looks about Herself, rubbing Her chin thoughtfully. Looking downtrodden, Manteekan sadly shakes His head. Valtreth suddenly shouts, "POOF!" and waits as if expecting something. Kalikai gives a pile of rubble to Revelrous Drastrath. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Drastrath, "Don't lose that." Arix Mes'ard says, "That's authentic Arthart Observatory Commemorative Rubble." Revelrous Drastrath says to Kalikai, "I will cherish it forever!" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Drastrath, "Not too forever, it'll reset to me at some point." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says to Uilani, "Would it be feasible to allow for people who participate in events / admin run things to get dailies now that they are not related to IRE? For example, if Celest admin run a little thing, throw 5 dcs at everyone in Celest who participates. If you do a worldwide thing, throw 5 at everyone who comes (or more / less depending on length)" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Basically a "hey you're not missing out on your daily time if you drop your routine and come play with us" thing." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says, "I wish we had RP daily ticks in general, but I dunno how feasable that is." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "Yes in theory. In practice it means that not only is the person running an event being three raccoons in a trenchcoat, they need to keep good track of who was there and if they actually participated or just zoomed by, and then do extra work, on top of all an event already entails, to make sure those people are rewarded. It seems like a small thing but it's really not." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Which I am usually terrible at and apologise for. I forget to keep track of who's done what during events." Ais, the Architect says, "There's also not a good code way to track it beyond just existing, which... most events don't actually interface much with code beyond the fact that verbs are used." Ais, the Architect says, "So there's not even a good way to define what existing means." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "Sometimes we have done it, like for instance... I think when we did the Emerald Enclave quest, we checked it off for everyone involved, but gathering that list and doing it was not quick." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "That is, during the recent story in there." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Hijack the event code and make a 'join event' but restricted to the org." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "You're welcome." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "You did it for Fellowship with awarding seeds manually, which also came with some daily ticks." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "And let me tell you, that was a LOT of work." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "If you just join event, then people will join and not even participate." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "And then it's not really participation." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "But it would give you a list." Quickly chittering, Eadri says, "Kind of like how we sometimes show up at a timequake, stand there until dailycredits ticks and go about our day." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Eadri, "That is something the code tracks, we can't really track who actually engaged with a roleplay event." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "A lot of love went into Fellowship." Suurae nods her head affirmatively. Darvellan, the Navigator says, "Fel-love-ship." Voice muffled by his mask, Warlord Uzriel d'Vanecu, Demagogue of Dissonance says, "Give out recognizes to other players participating in events, I try to do that when I remember (I forget the system exists tbh)" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "I can see it being complicated but it's also a- if you have limited time, you have to pick one or the other." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "You could do a threshold thing like you did last promo with the keys and that death challange." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "No love for field lab?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Except Theone. Nobody likes Theone." Suurae looks at Kalikai skeptically and says, "Pssshhhh..." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Suurae, "Find me a player that likes Theone." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says, "A solution could be to have recognizes be flat dailies rather than suffer diminishing returns like hunting." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Maybe if you also did something like the 'streak freeze' it would work, if you've done X numbers of dailies you can bank it and activate them later? Then you can choose to skip a day." Arix Mes'ard says, "I'd like to see more public vengeance events like the All -Bob Extravaganza." You say, "Serenwilde's method is to write who participated in player-run events in the log, similar to revolts, and they get credits from the commune. Admittedly doesn't take away from the drive for dailies, but may be an alternative? It frees me from the recognise limit of three a day at least. (But I do love the recognise system.)" Quickly chittering, Eadri says, "True!" Quickly chittering, Eadri says, "Recognize is a great feature!" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "... that's a thing, does recognize need to be limited to 3 a day any more?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Xenthos, "Probably not, but also if it has no limit, isn't it a neverending credit spawner?" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "If recognise is abused (it logs) remove it from the abuser." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "It awards dailies and you'd still not be able to give it to the same person multiple times in a day, I assume." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "So it's limited by daily totals." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says to Uilani, "As long as you can't recognize the same person multiple times in a day, and dailies remain capped, does it matter if people use it regularly? Because it's just a different way of ticking off dailies. Presumably it could be monitored but I'm not sure it would really need to be." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Players can then just recognize other players for participating in an event without having to queue it up or anything like that, and then it's not on the admin at all to track it." Arix Mes'ard says, "Who is Theone?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "See?" Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "The only." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Kalikai, "I like Theone." Arix Mes'ard says, "No I mean that non sarcastically." Suurae points off into the wild blue yonder. Kalikai sticks Her tongue out and says 'Ack.' Suurae looks resentfully at Kalikai and pouts with a vengeance. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Crap, that kills players?" Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "Unless something is broken." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says to Kalikai, "Yes." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says to Kalikai, "Oops!" The body of Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull shimmers briefly and returns to life. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Help help I've been oppressed." Manteekan stares blankly at Kalikai. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Manteekan, "Oi, I already fixed it." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says to Kalikai, "Producers can turn off the kill aspects. Ianir did it a few items for us iirc on test servers." (The Serenade): Huskii says, "Apparently throwing people into the sun kills them?" Aadishree is enveloped in translucent fire for a moment and is gone, her soul safe until she returns to Lusternia. (The Serenade): Madungonga says, "Worth." (The Serenade): Huskii says, "'Madungonga has burnt to a crisp within the heart of Brother Sun.', 'You see the death occur at within the burning heart of Father Sun. (?)'" (The Serenade): You say, "Jealous, getting to see that room desc is rare." Ais gives you the once-over, eyeing you suspiciously. (The Serenade): Madungonga says, "It's not easy being me." Valtreth snaps His fingers and warm water showers down upon Madungonga, who scrubs under his armpits until he is squeaky clean. Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says to Madungonga, "Still smoking." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Valtreth, "It's the burn that keeps on giving." With great elegance, Arix Mes'ard lays out a spread of exotic cuisine and delicacies before you. Along with everyone else, you indulge yourself in this epicurian feast, eating and drinking until utterly satiated. The fine meal not only lifts your spirits, but enhances your body as well. A poofy, seal point ragdoll kitten stares at a fixed point with her cerulean eyes then suddenly pounces at a moving shadow. The heads of a blood-streaked sable hydra with hissing wings of tenebrous black flame look about in several directions, forked tongues flicking out to taste the air. Arix Mes'ard says, "Please enjoy this all-aspic herofete." You say, "Oh god why." Suurae tilts her head and listens intently to you. You say, "Err. Too many gods." Nymea says, "At least it is not the peep chili." Someone powerful says, "Don't make me bring out the Pachi food stall." The corners of someone's mouth turn up as he grin mischievously. Arix Mes'ard says, "I liked that food stall." Arix Mes'ard says, "That was my favorite part of the Gala." Suurae brandishes pink-tinted leaf lined with serrated edges menacingly. Malmydia ceases to wield a glowing, curved scalpel in Her left hand. Malmydia begins to wield a silver needle in Her left hand. Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Malmydia, "The arms." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Not the arms." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "I want the arms." Looking slightly worried at the situation, Suurae quickly hides behind Manteekan. Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says, "I must mend the arms first." Comprehension flashes across Manteekan's face. Darvellan, the Navigator says, "Manteekan needs them for His...armies." Someone blinks. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Eyyyyyyyyyyyy." Someone powerful says, "The right to BEAR ARMS." Arix Mes'ard says, "As a tae'dae I exercise that right daily." Arix Mes'ard says, "Also as a tae'dae player can I just say how much I appreciate that bearhug is a thing?" You say, "Is Magnagora's arm-collecting obsession from the Traitors..." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Manteekan, "You have enough extra bodyparts, sir." Someone powerful says to Darvellan, "Better than needing them for his handies, right?" Malmydia gives Maylea's spare arms, which are each holding the spare arms of Drocilla and Malmydia, respectively to Manteekan, the Nightmare. Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "YES." Kalikai laughs out loud. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "How..impressively gross. It's like a weird bracelet of arms." Kalikai glares angrily at Madungonga. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Manteekan, "How fickle these players are." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Malmydia, "Almost as good as clippings from Hand of Glory." Manteekan nods His head sagely at Kalikai. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Kalikai, "You had your chance!" Manteekan ceases to wield a translucent pouch bearing the nail clippings of the Hand of Glory in His right hand. Manteekan gives a translucent pouch bearing the nail clippings of the Hand of Glory to Malmydia, the Lady of Needles. Someone powerful says, "Get the pillow!" Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says, "Don't make me get the pillow." Suurae takes a silken pillow resembling a gratuitously sculpted Nocht, the Silent from robes of purest white. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Fine, fine. I'm playing my ace card." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Is it pot of greed." Kalikai reaches into the ether and pulls out a colossal gummy wurm. Uilani nods Her head sagely at Arix. Kalikai thanks Drastrath profusely. With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses asks, "Hmm another question, I do not have any idea about Starmourn but how has the game been progressing while on legacy?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Qoivhae, "Re: Starmourn. Doing just fine, I'm told last weekend they had 30 players on for their beach party which is probably more than they had even before legacy." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Qoivhae, "They are working on new areas, skills, revamped the entire newbie experience." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "That sounds fantastic." Suurae waggles her eyebrows suggestively at Sapphira. Kalikai drops a colossal gummy wurm. Drastrath leaves to the north, emanating an aura of immense power. Someone sucks thoughtfully on Sir jiggly, the gelatinous hedgehog. Kalikai licks a colossal gummy wurm. Survival instincts kicking in as a colossal gummy wurm is assaulted by Kalikai in a fit of hunger, the monstrous beast lunges after the offending diner. Arix Mes'ard says, "Huh, Sir Jiggly reminds me of Ixchilgal when he's a fink." Quickly chittering, Eadri says, "Guh!" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "A elder eating gummy worm." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "A kin of yusgith." The corners of someone's mouth turn up as he grin mischievously. Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "I GOT THEM ALL!" Valtreth pants like a dog. With obvious delight, Kalikai digs into the corpse of a colossal gummy wurm, eating only the choicest organs and leaving the rest for the vultures. Suurae gives Valtreth a wild cheer! Ais reaches into the ether and pulls out a [redacted]. Ais gives a [redacted] to you. You say, "OH MY --WHY." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Oi." Suurae rolls on the floor, laughing. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Whaaaaat." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says, "Wow." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Oh come on." Someone rolls on the floor, laughing. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Damn it Ais." Ilistala, an enormous leopard thrusts her hand out to you and begs shamelessly. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "How dare." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Now we have to get the other one." Ais, the Architect says, "I don't know where the Charune one went or I'd bring that out too." Suurae stares implacably at Ais. Frantically divesting herself of the evidence, you give [redacted] of Shikari to Ilistala, an enormous leopard. Suurae snuggles up close to a silken pillow resembling a gratuitously sculpted Nocht, the Silent, looking happy and content. Valtreth ponders the situation. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "One more question if you all have the time." Someone nods his head sagely. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks, "Anyway my question since no promos, is the current treasure hunt the kind ofthing we will have going forward on a monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly basis?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "Let me steal my answer from Discord, one moment, there was a similar question." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Sorry to repeat." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Faragan, "This treasure hunt is less a monthly promo quest and more a 'fun thing to do this month that we wanted to do for a while'. And more of that will continue. I don't think we want to tie ourselves to needing to do a promo-style monthly thing on the first forever because that is taxing if we have other stuff going on, but it will be happening." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says, "My question is mostly regarding things like PRs. We've been told in the past that we can't do things as players, submit design requests for rooms, item requests, or progs for rituals etc. Will this change mean that we can actually spitball more ideas with our patrons, submit more personal touches for the cities etc, as long as they still work within , and pass the check for the extended lore and design outline that is held? I mean things like, for example, a lot of Celest has identical rooms. Will some of the rules be more relaxed, allowing us to sketch out designs for things for divine review through our patrons, without everything having to be held in a bottleneck because ONLY admin are allowed to work on those designs?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Yinuish, "I think with PRs there is no 'you are not allowed to submit your designs'. Often however admin have not asked for them, or not allowed them, for a variety of reasons. It could be because they know that the players involved will not submit something that would be acceptable to our standards (no offense to anyone!), or because they are short on time and just want to get it done and negotiating/parlaying any edits that the player designs might need is an engaged process that many worry will hurt feelings. Sometimes it is simply faster to do it yourself and the PRs never stopped coming so it created a very stressful situation. I think we're open to player designs and will continue to be, and yes I hate Celest's identical rooms. Magnagora has a lot of that same street as well. Generally I would really like us to get on top of the backlog on that and then also make sure that PRs are used for roleplay, and not just adding new stuff. That is, that you would request you are pursuing some roleplay and would like this or that denizen involved, maybe invite them to a sermon or you wish to do some ritual and would like our help, or someone raided Delport and now you want to send Archons with food there as a mini event. etc." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Wall of text hello." Quickly chittering, Eadri exclaims, "That would be a great use of a PR, and I didn't even know that was on a table!" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "In theory that is what that system should be and how I think Achaea at least uses theirs, and Aet maybe too." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says, "I'm happy with that sort of thing, the reason I ask is because I have been told that players are not ALLOWED to submit things, and so the project can't be done or looked at, at all. It's been a little frustrating in the past, especially when we've been given something that did not match what we requested and was full of errors and typos that we then had to submit to be fixed. I'm just hoping that we will at least be able to work with our patrons to shape things!" PROJECT: Make Celest Shiny is intitiated. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Yinuish, "Was it the Magisterium guildhall? Because that had more typos/holes than swiss cheese." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says, "I did typo some of that! But more specifically it was the library. We asked for some particular design themes to be included and submitted suggestions and it was entirely... not that and had a bunch of typos. Woe is me!" Comprehension flashes across Uilani's face. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Yinuish, "You mean to say you did not ask for a 50 room library?" Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Best not to ask, really." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Yinuish, "To shed some light on that thought, the library in its current form, unless you mean some more recent extension, was designed by an Ephemeral. It was handed to them as a project which could be why the original request was not accounted for. That was forever and some ago, I do not recall the details." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says, "I foresee me bothering Valtreth a lot going forward, when they say I'm allowed. Eheheheh." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Yinuish, "Do it, he deserves it." Nymea rolls on the floor in front of someone, laughing. Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "You don't now?" In a deep, clear voice, King Aramantos Re'Leo says, "We love bothering Valtreth." Someone powerful says, "Don't make me us the .... Seat." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Uilani, "May I say my true feelings on ARs?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "Full circle?" Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Full circle." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "Sure." Manteekan, the Nightmare laughingly says, "Well. I'll let it go, and talk about it another time. We're getting wild." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "We can do the godblogs we mentioned." Manteekan nods His head at Uilani. Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "Manteekan: "I hate ARs and you guys are all much more creative than I could ever been"." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Ayisdra, "At least one part of that is correct." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Manteekan loves our ARs." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says to Xenthos, "To your face. You should see him get all misty in the Havens." Kalikai raises Her hand in greeting to Arkos and says "Hi!" Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "I'm very curious about the full circle now." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says, "Now I worry which part." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says to Valtreth, "Not as much as I coooooould. Just you wait, my lovely, shiny patron." I LIKE SHINY! Looking slightly worried at the situation, Darvellan quickly hides behind Valtreth. A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars says to Darvellan, "Though it sounds like we can also include you in some lovely bothering, wheee." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "I could get Eventru level shiny." Valtreth ponders the situation. Someone powerful says, "The piss paragraph." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "Please god no." A spray bottle manifests in Malmydia's hand as She levels it at someone, Her trigger finger twitching as Her eyes narrow at him. Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "What are ARs? Sorry, not familiar with the abbreviation." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Used to be called PRs - patron requests - rebranded to ARs - admin requests." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Aaah. Gotcha gotcha." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "And truthfully, I prefer the Aet/Achaea term - orgrequests - ORs." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Because it feels more adequate." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Who's in for yet another rebranding." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Can we change the verb?" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Hey if they open again you can call it whatever you want!" Suurae nods her head affirmatively. Someone powerful says, "Only if I get to use the poker this time!" Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says to Uilani, "But its RA for us!" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks, "Also what is he direct link to the god blogs?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "The link to godblogs is." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Lusternia.com/category/godblogs/." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Thanks I'll look them up. I love reading the glimpses you all give." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "The short version of "full circle" is that I felt a certain way about them as a player, I was very excited to work on them when I was first allowed to work on them. Now, having several of them under my belt/in progress, I hate them. And not because I hate your ideas, I assure you." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "That's what they all say." Someone powerful says, "It can just be a lot, but we start to share the load." Someone nods his head at Manteekan. Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "No, genuinely." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "See, I'm different. I like doing things, but I hate documenting them. And the payment system." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says to Manteekan, "And now you can pawn them off to the ephemerals." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Manteekan, "Kali is just in the middle of the circle." Nymea says to Tirah, "The Divine already do that to us. We're their hamsters running on our little wheels for tidbits of cheese." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Tirah, "Not so, but I have been working with Uilani on Glomdoring." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says, "Where is the cheese stick." Someone powerful says to Nymea, "Wait, you get CHEESE?" Uilani gives a bit of rope tied to a lump of cheese to Nymea. Someone powerful says, "All I get are croutons, and UNSEASONED ones." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Iastor, "Wait, you get croutons? All I get is a piece of iceberg lettuce." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Kalikai, "Feeding you is feeding you." In a raspy, androgynous voice, K'ahe'mor Tirah Mzithrei, of the Haze-Wreathed Ebon says, "The salad is coming together." Nymea says to Kalikai, "Have to. We can't have you getting anything that can soak up the booze from your system." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "Time to see how many people zoom out immediately at the weave." Quickly chittering, Eadri says, "Oh, right! That's devious, Xenthos." Uilani smirks. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I need to do a thing quickly for the treasure hunt, one moment." Huskii Myeras says, "Is Uilani hitting the treasure hunt with a wrench every day to keep it working?" Someone powerful says, "Basically, yes." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says to Huskii, "Ish." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Huskii, "Will explain when I finish." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "So, anyone have any more questions? Things you're worried about?" Smiling mischieviously, Valtreth reaches into a white silk pouch and throws a handful of golden confetti at Yinuish, coating her with a shimmering golden sheen. Someone powerful says, "It's a big wrench." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "It even has a bonk sound effect." Darvellan, the Navigator says, "The bonk is how we know a treasure hunt is about to start." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Is it also left handed." A soft Celestian lilt to her words, Queen Consort Yinuish Re'Leo, Serenade of the Stars exclaims, "Shiny!" Someone powerful says, "It's a Crescent brand ratcheting wrench with pink sparkles all over it." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Temporarily disabling it also in case we don't finish the meeting right at weave so it's fair for everyone." Huskii Myeras says, "Ahh, okay. I was worried that among the reasons you weren't allowed to sleep is that you needed to push the button for the treasure hunt." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd asks, "If we think of other questions, what would be the best way for those not in discord to ask them?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Mellori, "Well, I hate to put this on Uilani, but message her or put it on the forums." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Given the amount of work load you all just got hit with balance issues. I hope you all take it slow and stedy so burn out does not ocvur." Manteekan nods solemnly to Faragan. Someone nods his head at Faragan. Suurae nods her head affirmatively at Faragan. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I do not mind waiting. do it right the first time and no need to revisit it." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "Question - admin are still going to be limited to one role at a time right? Someone like Manty won't be playing Isune as well?" Kalikai laughs out loud at Manteekan. Suurae laughs out loud. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Manteekan, "Come on, pretty yourself up." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Isune will be deleted." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Dawn is mine." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Nohaji will eat Isune, you heard him." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Maybe I already have." Arix Mes'ard says, "Who is Nohaji?" Valtreth shrugs helplessly at Arix. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Valtreth, "No, that would make you a one of the 12. well, 13 if you ate other elders." Kalikai points accusingly at Valtreth. Arix Mes'ard says, "Thought Valtreth was one of the Fusion Dance gods." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "He is." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Captain Planet in the flesh." Someone powerful says, "Valtreth is made up of a small girl and her dog combined, that." Someone powerful says, "That is all." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "....Shou Tucker reference, I got it." You say to Madungonga, "Too soon." Someone beams broadly. Darvellan, the Navigator says, "Unfortunately I must step away, and I wasn't able to make it on time, but it was great seeing all of you here." Darvellan waves goodbye. Suurae looks directly at Darvellan, cups her hands in front of her chest in the shape of a heart and holds it out to Him with a smile. Valtreth waves goodbye at Darvellan. Malmydia shrugs helplessly at Xenthos. Kalikai gives someone a horrified gasp. In a light, sing-song brogue, Kalas Freja, Harbinger of Dark Ascendance says, "I'm going to be dipping out of here. Thank you all for the information and for sticking with us and the game. I love Lusternia very much, I've made a lot of friends along the way. I'm willing to keep on fighting for as long as I need to. I appreciate you all." Manteekan, the Nightmare says to Ayisdra, "I dunno. Let me answer your question with a question. Would it be a bad thing if we could?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Back." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says to Manteekan, "I think It depends how often you are able to play both roles. If you took Isune for example, would that mean no one else can? And if you don't have time for Isune, people might get sad its 'taken' but the admin doesn't have time for the role." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Manteekan, "I guess since you play multiple denizens you could RP multiple elders too?" The perception of time momentarily slows to a fraction as Atropos snips stray strands and frayed threads upon the Tapestry of Fate, each cut bringing a distant scream. Time rushes forward as the memory fades, yet you retain the knowledge that your fate in Lusternia is far from meeting its end. Trumpets resound across the Basin of Life, urging explorers to renew their efforts as Horizon Walkers release a new clue. Someone powerful whispers, "Bonk." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Disabled." In a gravelly voice, Pysynne says, "What are the odds of some EndGame zones coming that are more aimed at solo/1-2 people vs large groups happening?" Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Pysynne, "I'm still trying to convince one of them to let me port in my mmo style Dungeon from the bowels of unfinished Aetolia projects." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Pysynne, "We'll first be doing Season 2 for Grimkeep itself, but that will have some underlying changes that we can later use for other endzones. New endzones are not so much a problem in terms of building but new mechanics will be needed and we continue to have limited coding resources. So it will come but it's not a priority when we need to do all the other things first." In a gravelly voice, Pysynne says, "Understandable." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks Uilani, "Question about elite membership I asked earlier: So the current ones will run out and not be renewable here yes?" Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says to Faragan, "That was the answer on Discord, it will keep working until its natural expiration date and when it comes up for renewal it just won't renew." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Thanks Xen." Manteekan, the Nightmare says, "Oh, hey. Thats my cue. Ta-ta." The incorporeal form of Manteekan, the Nightmare, dissolves into a cool mist which creeps hauntingly away into the distance, leaving behind naught but an eerie silence and an unsettling chill. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "We're getting back into the grove with coding though, our new coders are amazing, our veterans are awesome." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Orael continues to be busy as heck but wants to try to do small things here and there." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "We are getting groves?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Valtreth, "That's where the party is." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "I was a druid in a past life/world. I loved my grove." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "GROVE ANNIHILATE." Valtreth nods His head affirmatively. In a gravelly voice, Pysynne says, "Yes, Groves, Demesne are terrible, let's all be Grove users." Valtreth swings His arm up and high fives Madungonga enthusiastically. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Valtreth, "Is groves still a thing anywhere on IRE games? I loved the old time druids." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Valtreth, "A certain Producer getting level 99 after inviting the entire forestal community will forever be the pinnacle of groving." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Circling back to the divine role question." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "We have had dual role as an option since uhh 2014 at least, maybe earlier. This is not something you'd know existed but it has happened twice only because it's a huge undertaking." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "However, we have been talking yesterday that we could consider it going forward with a few caveats." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Namely, we'd put a warning in the god helpfile that this role is being played as a second this time around, so you know to expect them less and not to assume your org has goodness knows how many patrons who can work on things - because that is always our worry. If you see having patrons, it is odd things are not progressing as fast." It is now the 17th of Urlachmar, 688 years after the Coming of Estarra. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "But we figure that if you see a role once a week or even every other week, that is 100% better than never seeing that role." Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "I agree with that." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "We might not reveal who's playing who unless they wanted to either." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "But we're excited about possibilities it offers." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star asks, "Would that make the orders with those elders active or depending on the time of the admin behind both or multiple roles?" Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "Whoah once a week, luxury." Uilani waggles Her eyebrows suggestively at Sapphira. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Yes, if the role was active, it would be for intent of stories and order for that role." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Cries in Thaxian tears." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "Maybe even more than five minutes too! (I love you admin. don't take this as hate)" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Ultimately, it depends on the admin player and if they can handle more than one roll. We aren't all Shaddus." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Kalikai, "Says you." In a gravelly voice, Pysynne says to Kalikai, "But are you Shaddus?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Pysynne, "All the time and twice on Sundays." Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Aren't we all?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "We switch who's Shaddus to be honest." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "The red mask has been gone a long time. just saying." Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says, "Oh, I see, ONE returning mag divine isn't enough." "Hmph!" Malmydia snorts. Uilani nods Her head at Malmydia. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Malmydia, "Wanna play Charune instead? There's a doll you could model after." Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says, "Clearly I must embrace my inner centaur." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I am sure Mag would take all the Traitors back if you could do it." Uilani nods Her head at Faragan. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Ayisdra, "I can't lie, some roles may get jumped on, and some won't. We want to make players happy, but we can't make -all- of them happy." Suurae nods her head at Kalikai, showing her acceptance. Spirit Warden Xenthos An'Ryshe, the Ebon Strategist says, "You can't have Manty." Nymea says to Malmydia, "Guess you need to eat a few of them." Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says to Nymea, "I'm watching my figure, I'm on a Light diet." Nymea says to Malmydia, "Then why is Valtreth still walking around? Chop chop! Let's get on with things for the sake of Science!" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Kalikai, "So true. Not everyone feels comfortable in every role too." Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says to Kalikai, "No doubt. We can't all be drunken Goddesses." Kalikai grins broadly, a mischievous look entering Her green eyes. Arix Mes'ard says, "Bring back Crumkane." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye smiles and says, "Crumkane was good people. I miss him too." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "If we bring back Morgfyre and he eats a few gods, would that count as playing multiple roles?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Isn't playing Morgfyre playing multiple roles?" Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Sapphira, "Yes." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says, "Technically I think." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "I would think RP work would take as much as your admin work, so doing more than one, if you do, I applaud your tenacity." Kalikai nods Her head at Faragan, showing Her acceptance. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Faragan, "It can, it really can." Valtreth peers at Nymea unscrupulously. Valtreth begins to wield the Dawnspear in His left hand. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Valtreth, "You need to show us that ICly...love it." Valtreth's eyes sparkle with amusement. Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "There are plans." Valtreth taps His nose knowingly. Lord Librarian Ayisdra Ysav'rai, the Fractal Concord says, "The question is does the spear instant kill or is more of a tap." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Sounds like maybe no more questions right now?" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Not from me. sounds like you all have a lot of work...so we should let you do it." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "I hope by the weekend we'll have more figured out on our end too. We'll put together a list of the things monetization changes will affect first thing. We'll talk to Starmourn too, who I know did a lot in that regard already as well. We won't implement any of it without sharing the plans as well, so you can weigh in on what should go/stay." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "You mentioned you had some in messages/tells?" Comprehension flashes across Uilani's face. Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Checking tells." Kalikai smirks. Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "To mante sorry if that was yours." Kalikai looks up into the air for divine inspiration. Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "I'm checking the thread to see if any questions didn't get repeated for the townhall." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Post them here to and not just on Discord? I have people that keep me somehat informed but, I am not on that platform... I am not sure how much you do there besides announcements really. I do not think I have heard of discussions singly put there or discussed there, but I just want to make sure." Primordial Scourge Iazin Stormcrow, of the Haunted Dream says to Kalikai, "Appreciate the assistance, Lady Crimson." Smirking confidently, Kalikai and Iazin casually bump fists. who here You see the following people here: Veldrin, Sapphira, Yinuish, Ollie, Nymea, Faragan, Uilani, Suurae, Kalikai, Xiran, Tirah, Huskii, Eadri, Madungonga, Pysynne, Ayisdra, Uzriel, Valtreth, Xenthos, Mellori, Zvoltz, Romaan, Aramantos, Zagreus, Arix, Malmydia, Qoivhae, Iazin. Huskii Myeras asks, "Should we expect a post next week with a rough plan going forward?" The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Huskii, "A big undertaking. Let's not put time constraints on them. That's one thing Estarra said he regreted doing a lot. And then having to extend said deadlines because stuff came up." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Huskii, "Yes re: post about a rough plan." Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says, "Please offer the boss lady your patience, as her scroll finger battles carpal tunnel." Kalikai nods Her head in agreement. The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Always." Primordial Scourge Iazin Stormcrow, of the Haunted Dream says, "Nothing but." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "Patience that is, not carpal tunnel ..ba that." Sir Romaan D'Varden, Knight of the Paladins says to Malmydia, "Chop that finger off and sew on a new one." Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "Teach the imps to scroll for her." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Romaan, "She would more likely eat it." Huskii Myeras says, "Requires Producer privilages." Primordial Scourge Iazin Stormcrow, of the Haunted Dream says, "Mortal coders, mortal builders, mortal reviewers, and now, mortal scrollers." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Okay all caught up." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "On tells at least." Suurae, the Wandering Woodstar says to Uilani, "When was the last time you drank water." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Suurae, "Water? food? What's that." Suurae places a hand to her breast and heaves a dramatic sigh, glancing skyward. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Someone get Uilani one of those remote controlled treat dispensers and give Kalikai the app." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Last question, I posted on forums about the Ascension boons." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Is it something we can discuss here?" Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Qoivhae, "Yes, what about the boons?" With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Like if we get to see the head of the avenger disciples and if you are open to improving boons." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Ah, Irumagni will be sending letters to orgs and will be placed on Avechna's so you can deliver letters to her back as means of contact, we'll be replying to those." Nascent Mellori Stormcrow, Attendant to the Wyrd says, "Okay, I think we covered all of the questions I saw in discord in one manner or another." Primordial Scourge Iazin Stormcrow, of the Haunted Dream looks thoughtful and says, "How... does one -wield- a tramp stamp." Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn says, "Its a sticker." Josidiah "The Beast" Mes'ard says to Iazin, "With your hips." Sir Romaan D'Varden, Knight of the Paladins says to Iazin, "You cut it off the back." You say, "Innocent grandchild mine, seek not this wisdom." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says, "No one here is innocent I believe." Arix Mes'ard says, "I." Arix Mes'ard says, "Have never done anything wrong my entire life." Suurae nods her head sagely at Faragan. Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "It's a big rubber stamp for stamping on tramps?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Time to design a godrealm with tramps." Josidiah "The Beast" Mes'ard says, "And stamps." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says to Kalikai, "I thought that's Mysrai's?" Lady Grey Sapphira d'Vanecu, the Ensanguined Aesthete says, "Haaa." A wry smile spreads across Kalikai's face. Josidiah "The Beast" Mes'ard says, "Bruuuuh." You say to Mellori, "Thanks for poring through that." Primordial Scourge Iazin Stormcrow, of the Haunted Dream says to you, "But.. but... forbidden wisdom." The Ivory Dove, Faragan Ladyn, Merchant of The Star says to Iazin, "That is what got the 12 in trouble." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Ah." Malmydia, the Lady of Needles says, "Yeah. I thought it *was* Mysrai's." Malmydia peers at Kalikai unscrupulously. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says to Kalikai, "See, if you would just let me join." Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says to Madungonga, "See, all you have to do is approach me in-game and ask." With the sound of flapping gills, Magister Qoivhae Vivalde, the Charter of Courses says, "Thank you all for now." Aerys d'Attai says, "Aaaand back. Are we wrapping up?" Kalikai, the Crimson Eye says, "Pretty much." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "If there are no more questions, we'll conclude the meeting for now. If anyone has more questions either message me, ask on Discord, forums, hold off until the weekend meeting, or send it by pigeon. I think the weekend meeting might have a slightly different format than we expected given that everyone raced here and news will spread, so we are unlikely to get as many people asking questions for the first time as I thought we might." Uilani, the Loom Mistress says, "Nevertheless, I think a weekend one would be good to do as well in case new questions come up." The form of Valtreth, Majesty of the Dawn shines with renewed brilliance before scattering apart into countless glimmering motes of light that slowly wink out. Brave Madungonga Stormhide, the Red Bull says, "Thanks for the chit chat." [On to present party and Tessie Snapfuse's hunt!]
