From this moment on, we are accepting newly submitted designs for the
purpose of the Beauty Seal in addition to previously approved designs.
All cartels will also receive extra design slots for the coming game
year, which starts in less than two game months.

As a reminder, when submitting an entry, new or old, the trademaster
should message the Charites with the cartel, the design number, and the
name of the designer, stating that it is an entry for the Seal of
Beauty.

The deadline for reception of entries is 11:00PM GMT, THURSDAY, 31
JANUARY 2008. This, for new designs, applies to both the submission of
the sketch and the message sent to the Charites. For old designs, this
applies to the messages sent to Charites.

Please refer back to Announce 991 for detailed rules on the submission
process, but note that we already are as of this moment starting to
accept new design submissions.

The winners of the event will be announced at 8:00PM GMT, SATURDAY, 2
FEBRUARY 2008, and the first place designer will bear the Seal of
Beauty.
