Lag Command

There is a new command: LAG. If you are experiencing unexplained lag in
the game then run this command. It will do two things.
1) It will let you know if anything has recently happened that might
explain the lag, like a game reload or network latency problems.
2) It will log a bunch of stuff to a file for me to look at.
Item #2 is of course the most important piece and the whole reason for
the command. I will use this data to identify possible infrastucture
issues causing the server to run slow. The other item is a nice-to-have
for you, but not the core reason why the command exists.
I must stress: do NOT execute this command unless you are experiencing
unexplained lag. I will not be happy if my logs are spammed with
garbage. For example, if you see the game reload message then don't run
the command: you know why there is lag. Some people have it triggered to
execute the command LAG when this occurs to record timings. I've
messaged those of you I know are doing this to stop using the LAG
command. If I missed you then please remove or change your trigger.
