o Items with esteem that should be transferred to figurines will now
show up on ITEMLIST ESTEEM as 'OLD'.

o You can now imbue figurines with esteem from another figurine. There
is a 5% loss. IMBUE <figurine> WITH <units> ESTEEM FROM <figurine>.

o Fixed some erroneous items from showing up as esteem in shops, or
pretending to have esteem.

o Enchanted figurines will now only boost the essence offered if they
are above level 1.
