Thank you to every one who logged LAG entries. It revealed interesting
information, and I believe that we have enough information to act on.
Some of it definitely can be improved on our end, so behind the scenes
we will be talking about the results and making a plan for what to do
next. I am now removing the LAG command since we have enough data for
the immediate term. We'll bring it back again if we think we need it in
the future.
