properly affected by teleport speed modifiers (artifact ring, etc).

o ITEMLIST ESTEEM will now list all figurines, regardless of whether or
not they contain any esteem units.

o Stopped GUILD LEDGER MEMBERS causing untrapped errors in some
circumstances.

o You can now POINT Mercy, Kingdom, Beauty and Perfection at other
players (as well as rub for yourself).

o You can no longer BLOCK <dir> FIRM with Beastmastery.

o Blocking should now more explicitly show when you stop blocking a
certain direction.

o Being killed by seduced denizens will now count as a direct death to
the person who influenced the denizens.

o It is no longer possible to attack people in certain circumstances, if
they cannot attack you back. Example: Person1 outside village must now
declare to LoS attack Person2 inside village.
