o Searching designs with <CRAFT> <TYPE> (eg TAILORING SPLENDOURS,
JEWELRY RINGS) will now be much more efficient. It was previously
causing 0.90 - 1.50 seconds of lag for the game when sent, so this was
necessary. The downside is that the designs are no longer sorted by org
and are instead listed in numerical order. In order to list designs for
a specific cartel, you should do <CRAFT> <TYPE> CARTEL <cartel> (eg
JEWELRY RINGS CARTEL STARHAVEN or JEWELRY RINGS CARTEL PUBLIC). Props to
Tylan for tracking down this cause of game-wide lag.

o The bug causing influencing to become strangely difficulty, or even
impossible, and then suddenly be fixed by logging out and in again, has
been fixed.

o The honour awarded for award-winning plays will now be granted to the
correct family.
