We've given a long time to allow you to settle your shops. Items will
start decaying in overstocked shops one week from today. We'll have an
artifact up to expand shops and offer a way for cities to expand shops.

P.S. I know the forums are down. I've been doing all I can to find out
what's going on. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!
