o Music's DiscordantChord no longer takes 2 power for PowerSpikes.

o Music's DiscordantChord now specifies how many aurics the target has
on them.

o 10% of the mana and ego damage from a 4-auric empowered
DiscordantChord will go through manabarbs/egovice.

o Athletics Barge and Charge will no longer cause the warrior to lose
their entourage.

o Elementalism Cleanse can now be used on yourself even while blind, and
casting it will have a shorter equilibrium cost than rubbing or pointing
its enchanted version.

o Wiccans can now DRYAD MOVE <direction> to order their dryads to change
rooms. This costs 1 power and has a two-second delay.
