As you may all be aware, or are being made aware by this newspost, Lady Carakhan, Sculptor of Waves, has returned to the Basin of Life. In honor of this occasion, and to assist in returning power and essence spent in returning Her to us, an offering contest will be held. The contest will begin on the 1 Urlachmar, 527, and will end on 1 Urlachmar, 529.

I have been told by Lady Carakhan that She will be granting Her favour to those who perform well. In addition, I will personally be giving 25 unbound credits to the person who offers up the most in that time frame, regardless of affiliation.

Shrines to Lady Carakhan can be found within the City of New Celest, and upon the Isle of Light in the Inner Sea. If, for whatever reason, you do not wish to use those shrines or cannot enter those territories, the Master Shrine in Lady Carakhan's fulcrux can also be used to make offerings.
