Goodest greetings, Basin of Life! It's time for another game!

This year, we'll be looking at the fabulous Beacon of Harmony, the shiny City of Hallifax! A society that prides itself in efficiency and bureaucracy, Hallifax indeeds outshines itself in these regards. Twelve of the fifteen seats in the upper echelons of Hallifaxian bureaucracy are held by one family; this includes the entire Board of Directors and -both- Vernal Ascendants! Truly, Hallifax strives to be as efficient as possible.

So! To celebrate this storied and harmonious society, we'll be picking out which among their leaders are our favourite! The candidate with the highest number of votes will be proclaimed the Basin's Best of the Board and Bureaucracy and win 10 shiny credits. All entrants who successfully vote for the correct winning candidate will also receive 1000 golds!

I know, I know, there are only 11 candidates despite there being 15 possible positions. However, no doubt in the name of efficiency, 6 of those positions are held by people who have at least one other position in their name. Truly a marvel!
