By the sacred determination of the Sultana Game (a game I made up), it
is hereby declared that Tuilinn, with commendable creativity and
unmatched eloquence, has triumphed over all challengers with their
remarkable edict:

When I am Sultana I will... fastidiously fashion frequent festivals for
factional fusion facilitating flavorful, functional favorite food
familiarity.

Therefore, the city of Gaudiguch shall henceforth engage in regular
celebrations specifically aimed at bringing favorite, familiar foods
together from different city-states and communes for everyone to enjoy!
All who are non-enemies are welcome when these celebrations occur.

As tradition dictates (one I have proudly begun and hereby uphold), this
winning proclamation shall now be celebrated and imposed upon the City
of Gaudiguch until a year after this posting.

This rule, celebrated for the use of the most alliterative words and the
least amount of articles, shall stand as a testament to Tuilinn's wit
and cunning until the next Sultana Game.
