1. Not be effective in the news
2. Be subject to dramatics review when shouting
3. For Stealth Masquerade only, mask your name on qw/who

Unrelated bugfixes:

- Wildnodes Status will display prior scores

- Facebook blessings for adding a child to a family will go to the
correct parents.

- Replanting earwort should consume the earwort correctly.

- If an Acrobat tries to contort when impaled, and it fails because
of being off balance, it won't cost mana.

- Guild leaders can no longer use GUILD SCORE on themselves as a
clever but naughty way to bypass blackout.

- Moondance Waxing should properly check for the coven's membership.
