Onward to Envoy Changes:

- Phantasms Phantomsphere:
- New option: PHANTOMSPHERE UNITE
- LOOK no longer uses equilibrium
- Moving shows the room name
- Spheres hits will fade over time when out of demesne
- There is a % chance of getting a mental affliction when hit

- Stag Medicinebag will give 50 rubs at trans Stag

- Moon Shine will give extra health instead of DMP

- Hexes Hexaura has a new option: HEXAURA DETACH <hex>

- Music DischordantChord/Octave:
- When YOUR Octave is active the auric ailments won't be consumed
- Octave counts as another auric ailment for damage (not power)

- Harmony Akhchukrakoosh:
- It will be easier to give damage (if your karma > victim's)
- There is a new hard cap of a 15% damage boost

- Psychometabolism Mindfield will also cause a backlash for psychic
damage (unless the other person also has mindfield active)

- It will no longer be possible to resurrect/immolate/etc someone in
mid-Lich/DarkRebirth/Transmigrate sequence

- Influence CharismaticAura:
- Only has a percent chance to block disloyalty
- Increases the damage of your non-city influence attacks

- Discernment Powermask has a % chance to block power draining skills
and poisons

- Gloves of Harvesting will halve planting equilibrium costs

Misc bugfixes:

- You can now defoliate those pesky shrubs from your lust, ally, and
enemy lists. REJECT SHRUB, UNALLY SHRUB, or UNENEMY SHRUB will
each remove a single shrub. Repeat as necessary.

- Shrubs will no longer be listed on the list of BIRTHDAYS.

- Projects in guilds, cities, communes, and orders will not be deleted
when their owner leaves the organization; they'll just be set to have no
owner, so organization leaders can reassign them.

- Great Runes of Unlocked Potential should show on ARTIFACT LIST.
