Because of the limitations with testing races on the test server, we
have decided to live test the racial updates. What this means is that
everyone gets a free reincarnation; however, for the next week, you can
use your free reincarnation endlessly. This means you will be free to
keep reincarnating and trying out different races in the "real" world.
Please post your comments and observations on the forums
(http://forums.lusternia.com), especially if you find something very
unbalanced.

We will be running live testing for one week (at least), after which you
will be able to use your free reincarnate for one last time to
permanently settle upon a race.

The following changes are in effect (these changes aren't yet shown on
the help files for the races):

o Global: DOWNGRADE effectiveness of balance and equilibrium
advantage/disadvantage (lvls 1/2/3)
o Global: DOWNGRADE effectiveness of elixer advantage/disadvantage (lvls
1/2/3)
o Titan: DOWNGRADE to +1 on stats.
o Titan: DOWNGRADE to lvl 1 regen on other planes
o Demigod: DOWNGRADE to +2 on stats.
o Demigod: DOWNGRADE to lvl 1 regen on all planes
o Dwarf: INCREASE Strength to 15
o Dwarf: NEW: ALCOHOL TOLERANCE LVL 3: Reduce effect of alcohol. The
more drunk you are, the more you absorb damage.
o Dwarf: REMOVE Have slower balance, level 1.
o Dracnari: NEW: ALCOHOL TOLERANCE LVL 1: Reduce effect of alcohol. The
more drunk you are, the more you absorb damage.
o Igasho: INCREASE: Are susceptible to fire, level 2.
o Igasho: NEW: Add scaling as natural ability.
o Trill: INCREASE: Charisma : 15
o Trill: NEW: Seduction Influencing, lvl 2
o Brood Viscanti: CHANGE: -2 Intelligence, +3 Strength, +2 Dexterity, +2
