If you are purchasing credits via the website, there may be a longer
than usual delay between the purchase and when you receive the credits.
Our bank is experiencing some technical problems that is screwing up our
automatic processing, and we are working on getting it resolved as soon
as possible.

It's not a serious problem, and all credit purchases are still being
recorded and you will get your credits ASAP (we have to manually process
them until the bank fixes the glitch - which is a pain in the butt).
