Multiple Damage Types

I've re-written the way damage works behind the scenes in order to fix a
long-standing problem with multiple damage types. What was happening was
that these attacks would do damage separately for each different damage
type, and so each time they did damage would trigger reactionary effects
like phantom armour, harmony's peace effects, etc.
This has been changed into a single, unified attack so that having
multiple damage types will no longer be a liability. Though we have
tested these changes extensively, since this represents a very
fundamental re-write to how damage is calculated, please report any bugs
you may find and they will be fixed as soon as possible.
The following multiple damage type attacks are affected:
- Warriors with elemental damage artifact runes
- Monks with elemental damage artifact runes
- Geomancy staff
- Aquamancy staff
- Druid cudgels
- Nightkiss
- Cosmic Cosmicfire
- Astrology Meteor and MeteorStorm
If there are additional multiple damage type attacks that are missing
from this list, please file a bug report and they will be changed to
follow suit.
