Some bugfixes and changes:

o The messages for applying health have been tweaked from the regular
salve messages and are more recognizable as being healing potions in
their first person messages. Combatants are going to need to adjust
system triggers dealing with applying health potions, including
off-health balance application and applying with slickness.

o RW has been added as an alias to RACEWHO.

o Dreamweavers who use the in-game pathfinding system will find that it
properly takes their dream body, not their corporeal body!

o You cannot put gold in closed containers.

o You cannot dive with damaged legs.

o Having Psisense(Psionics) on will only alert you to goings-on at the
same elevation.

o You can attach a sling to a staff or cudgel even if artifacts have
been attached.

o Wisp (Wicca) properly respects Avenger.

o Enchanting will stop if you fall unconscious.

o Can't shear clothes that you are wearing.

o There was a problem with mana drain where it was letting spells work
at less than required mana. This has been resolved.

o Mobs will only prevent you from knowing how close you are to the next
skill if you have a highfavour or a truefavour.

o Blowing a whistle for an aethership respects the permission of that
aethership to dock.

o You will only see people enter from your own elevation.

o Various typo fixes.
