A few artifact issues and miscellaneous fixes::

o Those riding on magic carpets now have custom text when you LOOK.

o Movement messages for magic carpets were a tad buggy and have since
been fixed.

o People travelling on magic carpets who are not physically mounting the
carpet will not be blown off by wind.

o Magic carpet users can CALL CARPET from anywhere to retrieve it and
TOUCH CARPET to store in inventory.

o ARTIFACT <item> VALUE is working correctly again for the Brooch of the
Tempest.

o Bard champion artifacts were causing issues with instrument aptitude.
The source of problem has been eliminated.

o You cannot attach flame sigils to mage staves, druid cudgels,
artifacts, or items containing artifact runes.

o If you already have the psionics bodydensity defense, it will prompt
you when you attempt to cast it.

o Mobs will not continue their influence battle if their target is not
alive.
