Dreamweaving Report

o The balance time for creating dreamweaving motes has been halved.

o Willpower costs across the board in Dreamweaving have been very
slightly reduced.

o The chance for action failure due to the Void affliction has been
reduced.

o Nightmare now gives a random phobia rather than damage.

o Dreamdrift added, see the AB!

o The Mindsoothe mote has been added as well!

o Various AB files have been updated to better indicate whether or not
they are usable in or out of dreamform.
