We've had to revoke two mentor benefits:
- Mentors will not have any benefit for teach proteges.
- Proteges learning from mentors won't have the bonus of 21 lessons for
learning 20 (though they still can learn 20 lessons at a time).

The reason we're undoing these benefits is because of an exploit we
didn't foresee. However, I'd still like to have more benefits between
mentors and proteges to encourage more interaction--if you have any
ideas, please post to the forums!
