o The Ring of Aetheric Quickening will now affect all forms of
teleporting including ghostwalk, milestones, and pyramid and pentagon
puzzles.

o Shrine Cure and Exalt Aura will give their message before the cure
message, not after.

o Attempting to sit on furniture while already seated will give a more
meaningful error message.
