Though I normally don't like announcing quest details, I think many
would like to know that there has been some slight tweaks to the
Crow-Hart quest so that it is not so easy to keep either Crow-Hart down
after being raised. (In other words, the commune gets one chance to
raise the Drums or the Flame after successfully raising Crow or Hart,
respectively. Note this does not stop the opposing commune from the
opportunity to drain power.)
