Village Influencing

There has been some changes to village influencing, mostly listed under
HELP VILLAGE INFLUENCING. In summary:

-You cannot use special city/commune influence skills if you are an
enemy of that village. Also, you will be enemied to both city/commune
and village if you kill a villager. You will now be able to parley for
removal of village enemy status at any time (regardless of whether that
village is controlled or not).

-Villages will resist influencing if the city/commune controls their
natural enemies or competitors. This means that a village could be
(relatively) quickly controlled if a city/commune has no control over
their competitors or enemies. However, the difficulty will dramatically
increase if the city/commune controls one or more competitor or enemy
village.

-Not only will all guards in a village be lost when that village goes
into play, but villagers will also destroy any statues in their village.
Note that they will not stop subsequent statues being raised (though
there will be a level playing field as far as statues go at the start of
a village going into play).

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Kiani, in the year 105 CE.
