o Mobs which call out on being attacked will call out again after less
minutes.

o Guild upkeep culture power won't show in the powerlog summary if they
are at zero.

o You can't do darkrebirth for another person who can darkrebirth(Crow).

o Rushing will also knock down the player and require 1 rope.

o Dead people can issue and bug.

o Flushing(Healing) properly uses power now.

o Bodyfuel won't drain lots of willpower if initial conditions for it
are not met.

o Messaging will break enchanting concentration, while issuing will not.

o Faeconverge(Wicca) is now unforceable.

o Choke no longer kills the shadows in the room. The messages have been
slightly adjusted to reflect this.

o Astrology Spider spheres were having a much smaller impact on writhe
times than intended. This has been adjusted.

o Telekinesis Leglock will automatically release the channel if the
target is no longer logged in.

o Meteor swarms will only be visible on the same plane and continent.

o The Design.. Designer command now works properly.

o Fixed a variety of typos and grammar errors.
