+ Diplomatic amnesty ought to be working now.
+ Some of the skill point checks in moon were changed slightly, so a few
of you may notice you picked up a skill. (A couple were ranked too
high.)
+ A change from a week or two ago, but I think I forgot to mention it:
PK carefulness will be on by default for newly created characters. Many
people got burned from not having it on, so from now on having it off
will be a 100% concious choice. So now you have no more excuses for not
having it off! 😛
