o Guilds with attached mob organizations (Guardians, Wiccans, Mages, and
Druids) now have control over the enemy status of those organizations.
Please see the GUILD BRAND, GUILD BRAND LIST, and GUILD FORGIVE commands
in GUILD PRIVS. As a consequence, amnesty is now done solely through the
guild.

o You can no longer disenchant sigils if graced or under innocence.

o Crow eyeballs will now decay in shops.

o Disenchanting sigils will leave the components at the sigil's
elevation.

o Browse requires equilibrium and consumes it.

o Bottles aer now treated essentially identically to and interchangeably
with vials. Their maximum capacity is now 60 sips.

o Brewing will produce 50 sips, or 60 for transcendent brewmeisters or
cooks, just like alchemy.

o The POTIONLIST skill will now also list bottles. You can limit to just
vials with POTIONLIST VIALS (or PL VIALS or PLV), or just bottles with
POTIONLIST BOTTLES (or PL BOTTLES or PLB).

o All fluids can now be poured into kegs, even crafted recipes by cooks
and brewmeisters. You can also refill bottles from kegs.
