o There is now a ten second delay between when you can disenchant
sigils.

o The weapon stat penalty for Deathmark(Necromancy) has been very very
slightly reduced. In addition, there is now a small chance to afflict
with a plague affliction, rate proportional to deathmark level, on
knight attacks. In addition, wound detection has been added to Deathmark
Sense.

o BenignProphesy(Runes) has been changed to give a temporary boost to
maximum health to allies in room.

o The demigod essence loss for ego burnout has been halved.

o Drawdown(Moon), Nightkiss(Night), Crowform(Crow), and Stagform(Stag)
will not drop when defenses do.

o Ectoplasm(Necromancy) can now affect liches.

o Chop(Environment) will always only require one chop for saplings in
non-natural forests, 2 otherwise, regardless of axe stats.

o CollapseLungs(Pureblade) is now a heavy wound requirement instead of
critical.

o Pathtwist(Druidry) now costs 6 power instead of 4. In addition, it
will decay after a few hours.

o Pentangle, Hexangle, Largo, and Vivace now stay twice as long as
before.

o Infiltrate(Stealth) is no longer aggressive and adds a line to
diagnose on the target.

o Endurance is now drained when put asleep forcefully, preventing
instant waking from sleep.

=== Misc Bugfixes ===

o Blocking Firm now works correctly.

o Love potion is no longer cured by random affliction curing such as
Drink, Sweetfount, or Allheale.

o Passive effects from bard songs will no longer take effect while the
bard is out of phase (such as with Nature or Statue illusions), though
the song's time will still keep ticking down.

o Cartel stamps will no longer show for cartels run by administrative
characters like the Norns.

o Cartel stamps will be correctly capitalized and show the craft type.

o If you die while destroying a statue or painting, the process will
stop.

o Keg and cube runes should show correctly on ARTIFACT LIST now.

o Miscellaneous typo fixes.
