Contagion will work slightly differently now. If there is one person who
could be effected by contagion in the room with the contagion cloud,
that person will always be affected. If there are two people, one of
them will be infected and there is only a chance that the second person
will be infected. If there are three people in the room, one will
definitely be infected, one will only have a chance of being infected,
and the other will have an even lesser chance of being infected. And so
on. The more people that are in a room with a contagion cloud, the less
chance an individual will be infected (though it will always infect one
person).
