There was an avenger loophole where you mind control someone to kick a
large, mean, nasty creature. Then that creature beocmes angry with the
other guy and slays him, with no impact to the person who initiated the
original mind control. Lusternia's denizens have caught onto this trick
and don't take too kindly to it anymore.

Hint: they now know who is the original the mind controller causing all
the trouble.
